I went there with a friend for brunch. Our waitress is very attentive. However, the food did not live up my expectations. First of all, the rice bowl lacks flavor. If the chef expects to elevate a dish by adding kimchi, I think the choice of kimchi is very important. Aged kimchi may work better for this dish. The rice is also undercooked, which is hard in the middle. Second, the portion of the salad is quite small, compared to what you get at the Eagle. A lot of the ingredients were the same as the rice bowl, which is not very exciting... I personally found the dressing a bit too sour. I enjoyed my latte and cured salmon toast. But I don't think I will be visiting here again...
