It is such a pleasure to share my experience about this great place and people who run it.
The museum is full of original and well kept things having belonged to Jože Plečnik, and all of that provides a wonderful insight into a way of life and personal philosophy of the most important Slovenian and one of the most appreciated Europian architects.
A visitor is able to choose between regular visit and a guided tour with just a few euros price difference.
I chose the guided tour and I have to say all the best about Tea, our guide. She is approachable, full of information and she knows very well how to present them in an interesting way. The tour is guided both in Slovenian and English successively.
You don’t need to have a previous knowledge either about architecture, or about Plečnik personally, but in my opinion, it is recommendable to gain at least few basic information, which is quite easy in the era of google.
The regular price of guided tour is 9 euros, and I know there is a discount for students and elderly people.
I highly recommend visiting this wonderful little world of the great artist and exceptional human being.
