Very happy to have choosen this hotel. We booked a Junior room with balcony and stayed here for 3 nights. The room was spacious with all amenities. No sitting area though, but we did not expect that either. The best things about the hotel: Great breakfast in the cozy restaurant in the basement with glass doors to the herb garden. The roof terrace with small swimming pool. The very friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist Costanza was a great help with arranging tickets for a soccer match and an authentic tango show. We highly recommend this hotel. ||The only heads up is that you should not have any expectations about the balcony. You cannot sit on it, it is super small, and it has milky glass quite high walls so it even takes some of the view away.

The Pleno Palermo Soho would be an excellent hotel in normal circumstances. But when I suffered a severe knee injury while walking in another neighborhood on the first day of my stay, the hotel went from being a hero to being a superhero.||The hotel has beautiful, comfortable rooms with balconies. Our room on the 7th floor had a balcony set among the leaves of trees along the street. The street itself is cobblestones, which keeps traffic noise to a minimum. There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as several nearby bodegas for more simple food and beverage needs. The hotel has its own restaurant that provides an excellent breakfast and also serves a wonderful dinner. There is an attractive rooftop pool and sun deck, and an ample workout room.||These attributes alone make the hotel five-star. But after I had my accident, the hotel showed tremendous compassion and service to my wife and me as our planned four-night stay turned into nine nights. I spent five of those nights in a nearby hospital for surgery and recovery, and the hotel became my wife’s essential base camp and refuge. ||Even if I had never suffered my injury, I would make this hotel my first choice for any subsequent visit. But now, when we return - and we will return - I will look forward to another joyous stay in this wonderful property.

The hotel is perfectly located. It has a few quirks like the sauna taking a while to heat up and the shower only having the ceiling mode, noise insulation is so so, but! The staff are amazing!! I felt so looked after, and cared for specially. Daniela, Ignacio - heroes! Patricia, Petronella - so lovely. Thanks SO MUCH again. P.S. The beds huge and very comfortable.

Highly unsafe hotel! Do not stay here They require your 3 digit credit card CVV or security code, which is a very unsafe practice. They also do not tell you this until after you make payment, so you are held hostage and they will not let you enter the room until you give them both your credit card number and security code. Even if hotel staff is honest, any security compromise of their IT system will put your money at risk. Do not stay here unless you are willing to give up your credit card number and security code. When asked to produce the policy, the staff showed a document saying "valid credit card is required". Nowhere is it even written that it's security code must be given to them.

This was a post cruise stay. The price was within budget for a spacious room and it included breakfast for $125 per night. The room was minimal but clean and comfortable. They provided amenities such as flip flops, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a few other toiletries. The room was modern but shows signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, baked goods, coffee and made to order eggs. The staff were very friendly and the lobby was small but comfortable. The hotel is small but in a great location. It actually is next to the famous Don Julio’s but we couldn’t get a reservation. ( El preferedo is also owned by the Don Julio family and it’s a block away and highly recommended). I would definitely recommend to stay.

This hotel is a cozy haven with a friendly vibe. The staff was really welcoming and made our stay more enjoyable. The room had a lovely design, though it could use a bit more attention to detail. Location was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend it! 🌟
