So nice hotel! The decoration is so pretty with music and radio concept. We were in a very beautiful triple room which was almost too large for three people ! Moreover with a big balcony that we could chill out. Rooftop on the 5th floor was cozy and looked so healthy with lovely plants and flowers. Eva served us gorgeous cocktails based on our request !!

AVOID this hotel at all costs, do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else⚠️‼️ Our stay here was nothing short of a disappointment. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a cold and unwelcoming reception. The staff showed zero hospitality and made no effort to make us feel comfortable. ZERO CLEANING EFFORTS- A used cup of water sat on the nightstand for three days without being removed, we were given a towel that was ripped, and the towels were never changed. We found a broken hanger in the closet that was never removed. To make matters worse, we found hair in the bathroom and the tables were never cleaned during our stay! Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here, they will only make the bed every morning. On the day we checked out, we asked for help with our luggage and were refused. The service throughout was indifferent at best, downright rude at worst. Absolutely no sign of luxury in this place — nothing matched the photos or expectations. The only redeeming quality is the location, but even that isn’t enough to justify staying here. In short: the location might be good, but trust me — run, don’t walk, to another hotel and safe your money!

What a great hotel with an incredible staff. Julian, Tamara and Louthfi went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Alex especially helpful in getting us last minute reservations when we forgot to make them before our return to Paris from Lyon. The hotel is located in a great safe neighborhood with so many options for dining. Anything from really fine French cuisine to the best Thai food outside of Thailand (Bensaï) half a block away. Highly recommend if you are visiting Paris and want a friendly smile, great service and comfortable rooms. FYI some of the larger rooms you’ll find in Paris. Enjoy!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It has a great location. The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful and always professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the maid service is reliable. We will continue to stay there each time we return to Paris.

I had a terrible experience at Pley Hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone — especially families. First, the cleanliness of the hotel was awful. The bed smelled disgusting, the room was not clean at all, and even the hair conditioner smelled so bad, it was honestly unbearable — like something rotten. For a hotel of this standard, this is completely unacceptable. When we arrived after a very long flight, we were told our room wasn’t ready. Instead of offering a real solution, they just put us in another room that didn’t even fit our needs. After traveling for hours, this was the last thing we needed. On top of that, we had a serious issue with a broken baby crib they gave us. When I went to reception to inform the staff member named Alex (or Alexander), he was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The first thing he said was, “This is not my problem, it’s yours.” , please the management get back to the camera security record as we were taking in the reception and sure the camera record how rude he was to me ( 6 July around 9:00 am )I told him my baby got stuck in the broken crib and started crying, and he laughed. I asked him not to laugh because this was about my baby’s safety, and he just said, “I’m trying to understand the story, but it’s still your problem.” Even worse, while I was still talking, he walked away and said he had “other work.” His attitude was not only careless — it felt racist and discriminatory in the way he spoke and treated me. Shame on this hotel for the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene, unsafe equipment, and horrible customer service. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Stayed at the Pley Hotel for 3 nights a few weeks ago. This hotel is a good value for the price paid. The room was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. The staff was professional and helpful when I had questions about the surrounding area, taxis, etc. The location worked great for our sightseeing, as it is a short walk to the metro station. Definitely recommended.

Great Stay in a Perfect Location Stayed 3 nights at Pley Hotel. Excellent location—just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées and close to the metro. The hotel is clean, stylish, and has a good fitness center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Paris with family for Eid holiday and stayed at Pley hotel for 13 nights. Pley hotel had nice rooms with pretty decoration.breakfast quality was pretty good but not too many choices.breakfast service was not good and I didn’t expect that bad breakfast service from a 4 star hotel.reception service was great and they also helped us get a taxi for our way to airport.there was a piano in the lobby and I asked from the reception if I can play it and they politely said Yes and they let me play it.location was great , 15 minutes walk to champs Elysees(I am a slow walker also)-there was a supermarket near hotel. I recommend this hotel for staying in Paris for first time .
