The worst experience and service i have ever encountered from staying at hotels. I booked 2 rooms, one is a larger room expecting a more comfortable stay, but the service and overall experience were far below expectations. The closet space was extremely small, the room finish and paint is so bad. The fridge door is broken, very very tiny elevators literally can only fit one person i had to go down so many times to load the luggage one by one. I politely asked the front desk for a simple clothing rack. The staff member I spoke with, Julian, who identified himself as part of management, was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and spoke in a condescending manner. He bluntly stated “Well, I don’t have a solution for you. This is what I have for you.” and made no effort to assist or even suggest alternatives. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a management role. There were also several serious service issues during my stay. A trash bag and dirty towel basket were left directly outside my room door and not removed, which was both unhygienic and unpleasant. I also reported a problem with the shower due to almost nonexistent water pressure. I was told someone would come to fix it, but after waiting over an hour, no one showed up. When I followed up at the front desk, staff acted as if they had no record of my request, despite that it was reported directly to them by calling the front desk. To make matters worse, I sent a formal complaint email to management and never received any response. The lack of organization, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward guest concerns made this stay extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly encourage management to address both their service standards and staff conduct.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights in December, and the experience was honestly embarrassing and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel in this price range. The bathroom door in our room didn’t close or lock at all. Imagine being on a romantic trip as a couple and having zero privacy because the bathroom door won’t even stay shut. It completely ruined the comfort of our stay. When I first reported it, I was told nothing could be done — which was shocking. The issue was only fixed the next morning, long after the inconvenience and awkwardness had already happened. To make matters worse, the “compensation” offered was removing a €25 meal from a booking worth over €400. For the embarrassment, discomfort, and lack of basic functionality in the room, this gesture was honestly insulting. This stay was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel at all based on what we experienced. The only plus is the location (otherwise my review would be 0 stars) but there are far better hotels in the area.

Just what we needed! The hotel is every bit as good as it looks on the pictures. Our room (704, suite) was very spacious, had a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and two balconies. It was VERY quiet, considering that this is the 8th Arr. The common areas are beautifully designed, spacious, calm, family friendly. We tried the margherita pinsa at the restaurant, that was excellent. We got treats for the Halloween. The kids were thrilled.

Absolutely loved my stay! The location is very good – we were right in the heart of everything and could walk everywhere. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member was genuinely kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Paris's hidden gem! It was our second time and we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, nearby all must-see spots in Paris, yet the hotel is in a quiet area. The stuff was super friendly and kind. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely coming back.

This hotel is a true gem, tucked away in a quiet yet convenient location. It’s close to grocery stores, the subway, buses, and even a laundry service. The rooms are surprisingly spacious—especially by Paris standards—with oversized balconies. The management team is warm, friendly, and personal; they really take the time to chat with you. We switched hotels midway through our trip and honestly wish we hadn’t—the other place cost 20% more for a much smaller room. There’s also a charming little rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was a delightful bonus. Do yourself a favor and check out this hotel! They often have great deals. The only downside was that the property is undergoing renovations, and there was a slight bathroom smell near the lounge area, but hopefully that’s just temporary.

We spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel. The location is very central, close to Metro & Local Bus stops. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable & the staff are very friendly & helpful. The only complaint I have is about the lift, it’s very small & slow. We stayed on the 4th floor so had to use the lift regularly.

Nice 4 star hotel. The reception was nice and the decoration was great with music theme. The location is near by everywhere. Very safe and many restaurants and cafes are available around. The room size was good compared to many hotels in paris. The only exception is that the house keeping took a lot of time to make up the rooms.
