On February 13, 2026, I made a payment for a room at the
SpringHill Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront. I traveled alone,
driving for two and a half hours. I received confirmation from
the operator at Plum benefits that my room was indeed
confirmed. However, upon my arrival at the
location, I was informed that there was no room reserved
for me. Instead, they stated my hotel was confirmed for a hotel two doors down, which was of poor quality. I had never encountered this hotel before in my life. Consequently, I was left stranded without any accommodation. I attempted to pay for a room at my original hotel but they stated it was full. Plumbenefits took my prepaid money and refuse to give it back. They will not let me speak with a manager. I've called 2 times and stay on the phone for over an hour per call. They just keep repeating my issues over and over and will not let me speak to a manager. I called this Fraud. I paid for something that was fake.
Just like this review. I didn't want to give it any stars but it will not allow you to post without at least posting 1 star. But it is a 0 star.
