The stadium has good history, atmosphere. Easy to walk to from nearby hotels. Very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. This was the only stadium that the usher wiped down my seat so far. We've been to several. Nice area, worth the trip. It was kind of confusing to walk around inside the stadium to check it out. Before we sat in our seats.

Google
This is my favorite ball park. We travel the country just to see baseball stadiums. This is a great place. The view... the people. MLB has to do a better job with the food but the prices are below average and if you go when the gates open drinks were on happy hour prices. The ushers were great. This is the one ballpark that you want to sit higher up on the first base line so you have a great view. Normally I like to sit as close as I can to the field but the view is worth the sacrifice and the tickets are way cheaper. Take in as many games as you can while you're there.

PNC Park is hands down one of the best ballparks in the country! Getting there is incredibly easy – it’s just a short walk from downtown Pittsburgh, and the area around the stadium is very walkable. Entry into the park was smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. The ballpark itself is beautiful with plenty of concessions available throughout. As expected at a major league park, food and drinks are on the pricey side, but the variety of options makes it worth it. The views are absolutely spectacular – you get an amazing backdrop of downtown Pittsburgh and the river, which adds so much to the game-day atmosphere. Even if your seats aren’t the best, PNC Park has plenty of areas to move around and take in different perspectives of the game. From the outfield concourses to open standing areas, every angle seems to offer a great view. Overall, the combination of easy access, great amenities, and one-of-a-kind views make PNC Park a must-visit for any baseball fan or visitor to Pittsburgh.

Google
One of the most beautiful ball parks. If you’re in are coming here do not forget the stadium is outside and many of the seats are in the sun! Catch a day and night game so you can see the skyline during both times of day. You’ll be walking along the Roberto Clemente bridge and the view of the bridges from here are excellent. So many good photo ops. Highly recommend catching a game here!

Google
The best baseball views in the country. The concourses are open and have lots of food and drinks available. Large bathrooms, easy to find seating. The exterior has lots of foor and bar options and the walk over the Clemente bridge makes for a great outing.

Google
This is a beautiful park. It's clean and the staff were all friendly. Even the fans were kind and helpful. The surrounding area is nice and felt safe both before and after the game. There are a lot of great eateries and attractions around the stadium. The whole package makes for a great experience.

Google
Great ballpark! Very accessible, lots of good food options, not ridiculously overpriced but stadium pricing. Comfortable seats and very welcoming staff! Would visit again! And home team won!

Google
Amazing views of Downtown Pittsburgh. The park is in a perfect location. Everyone we interacted with was attentive and kind. I was disappointed with the food choices. The worst of any professional sports event/facility I have ever been to. There are multiple parking locations close to the park. We parked at the Blue 10 garage, which was about a block away from the main/front entrance. Taking a picture with the Roberto Clemente statue was awesome.

Yelp
What a beautiful ballpark! Truly, Pittsburgh has a lot to be proud of when it comes to the ballpark itself because the team certainly isn't doing much to bring a sense of pride to the city. I'm going to rank PNC as my second favorite park in the country, second only to my beloved Petco in San Diego. The entrance to this park is unlike anything else. You walk in through the stunning Roberto Clemente bridge and it's an epic walk that makes you feel like a soldier going to war. Crossing the river and up to the gates, even in the pouring rain this was an awesome experience. When inside you'll find some stellar vendors and some great bars that you can bounce around to if you don't want to sit in your seats the entire time - that's how I like to watch a game. Food/drink are on the cheaper side of things when it comes to ballpark goodies and the fans, for the most part are very nice... except for a few absolute a$$holes a few rows behind us Padres fans. Stay classy, Pittsburgh, we really enjoyed you.

Yelp
As a Bay Area native and a die-hard SF Giants fan, I'm no stranger to great food at a gorgeous ballpark. So when I had the chance to experience PNC Park, I was expecting an authentic Pittsburgh experience, and let me tell you, the stadium did not disappoint. The views of the city? Gorgeous. The energy of the crowd? Electric. But then, I made the fatal mistake of ordering a Philly Cheesesteak. Now, I thought, 'I'm in Pittsburgh, not Philly, but it's as close as I'm gonna get!' So, I went for it. What I received could only be described as a tragic joke: a dry, sad pile of bread and meat with a shocking dollop of cheese whiz. It wasn't so much a cheesesteak as it was an existential crisis between two slices of bread. Imagine chewing on disappointment, and you're somewhere close to my experience. I've had better cheesesteaks at a 7-Eleven hot dog roller. As a Giants fan, I've been spoiled by some of the best ballpark food in the country. This, my friends, was not it. A cheesesteak should never leave you questioning your life choices. But here we are. 3 stars for sheer force of will and decent fireworks caught in peripheral vision.

Yelp
I loved this stadium! Walking over the bridge to get into the stadium was a very fun and lively experience. So cool to see the buildings and river in the outfield while watching the game. The food and drinks were pretty typical of a standard stadium. Go check it out!!
google avatar

Yelp
The PNC Park was honestly a blast. I had gone to see the Pirates play, and they by far have one of the best fields in the entire MLB. The view literally speaks for itself. Coming here, you can expect a lively crowd, but the food options are meh... nonetheless, you need to check it out!
google avatar

Abigail G.

Yelp
5 stars if the Pirates won more but the new polish cannonballs were 5 stars. Probably the best thing I've ever had at a baseball game (minus Questloves veggie cheesesteak but I think that's retired). Anyway I'm not positive what's all in these flavor bombs but I think it's egg noodles, cabbage, cream cheese and some other stuff and wow wow wow. I literally went for these alone and they didn't disappoint (sorry Pirates)
google avatar

Yelp
Best. MLB. Ballpark. Great views. Friendly Staff. Food reasonably priced. Hot for a day game though, but that's true of all non-.domed stadiums.
google avatar

Scott M.

Yelp
I have to add this ballpark to my list of top ballparks in the MLB. They do a good job at many different things. Concession stands are plentiful and they did something really smart.. they put drink vendors separate so the lines never get too long if you just want a beer or bottled water. The same is true for food .. lines don't get clogged up with people just wanting a drink. Restrooms are clean and plenty of them. The energy in the stadium is good and kept alive with the scoreboard videos, music, etc...
google avatar

Kimberly K.

Yelp
I'm on a quest to see all 30 ball parks in the MLB and this is ballpark number 23 for me. This is also in my top three favorite ball parks. Everything about PNC Park is beautiful. The fans, the skyline, and the city of Pittsburgh. I wanted to sit up high so we could get a good view of the skyline. It was even more spectacular than I thought. Normally I'm one to walk around and take all the sites but this time I mainly stayed in my seat and enjoyed a beautiful spring day at the ballpark. It's impressive how loyal Pirates fans are and they show it by coming out to support their team. They're also friendly and welcoming to visitors too. I can't say enough good things about PNC Park and the city of Pittsburgh except I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I was in town for the weekend and one of my good friends was able to get us some great seats for the Friday night game against Philly. The stadium is beautiful with great views of the city. We were on the second level with access to all of the indoor amenities. There are so many food options with so much variety. Great place to see a game.

Yelp
My 24th MLB stadium. I know everyone loves PNC Park, but I don't think I'd rate it my top ballpark but it's definitely in the Top 10. Great views of the city from the 3rd base side, great atmosphere, great firework show. I would have preferred to be there in cooler weather, we ended up being there when they were on an extreme heat warning. Was only able to easy find water refills stations on upper deck, struggled on the lower - the one I found was giving warm water out. Food offerings aren't necessarily anything to write home about. The pierogi's were interesting to try and filling. Wanted to try their Pitts hotdog but didn't want to walk over to it! Had an ice cream helmet instead which included a toppings for free. One set of our tickets included a $5 concession credit which was cool. No hidden gems to go check out at the stadium. There are more statues outside the stadium and along the river. Took the ferry to the stadium one day which was fun. As well as the experience of walking over the Clemente Bridge each day to the stadium is pretty cool as well and they close the bridge to pedestrian only too. They only have physical first time certificates, no digital, plus parrot mascot temp tattoos for the kids. Still had paper ticket scalpers outside the stadium too, which you don't see anymore. Lively area outside stadium too, had block parties for weekend games.

Yelp
This is just my personal bias, but PNC Park is the prettiest baseball stadium in the country. Sure the pirates may not be great, but one of my favorite summer activities is to go to a baseball game at PNC Park. There is a good ratio of covered and uncovered areas. The seats are typically stadium seats, but there are also areas to stand around and hang out in the park. I also think the food and drink selection is good. The space has always been clean whenever I visit.

Yelp
"Yes, I am a pirate, two hundred years too late The cannons don't thunder, there's nothin' to plunder I'm an over-forty victim of fate" (Jimmy Buffett) On our way home from Michigan, we made plans to stop in Pittsburgh and catch a Pirates game. We arrived before the ticket office opened, but that gave us plenty of time to walk around the area. The park is beautiful, and I love the way the Pirates honor their past heroes with huge statues and displays of their retired numbers outside the stadium. The ballpark is bordered by the Allegheny River, a pretty Riverwalk, and bright yellow bridges - the Andy Warhol and Roberto Clemente Bridge among others. There are saloons and restaurants everywhere, and to tell you the truth, the area is gorgeous. The weather promised to be better on Friday Aug 2 than it would be on Saturday Aug 3, so when the box office opened, we picked up two tickets for Friday. One very nice experience we had while waiting in line was chatting with a Pirates staff member who was picking up tickets from the "will call" window. She was super nice and gave us some great information about the park and its best seats. We ended up with two seats in Section 123 behind the third base dugout (a recommendation from our new friend). We were in the lower tier and had very good seats for $56 each. The Pirates played the Arizona Diamondbacks, and the game started terribly for the Pirates as Arizona scored five in the first inning. But Pittsburgh battled back before eventually losing 9-8. Our seats were very comfortable, our sightlines were excellent, and the entire experience was very entertaining.

Yelp
PNC Park is one of my favorite ballparks in the US. Pros: A beautiful ballpark. There are so many food and beverage options. Great views (unlike Fenway where you can stare at a pole). Plenty of restrooms. Pierogi race Con: Identifying which entrance you are supposed to use is confusing.
google avatar

Maria M.

Yelp
We got cheap seats on the first baseline, and even though they were cheap, the view of the city was fantastic, and the game was fun. The facility had good access to food and restrooms, and my family had a great time!
google avatar

Chase O.

Yelp
I love this stadium! Home of the pirates! The seats are comfy the food is good and the service is great! The only problem is the food is slightly overpriced but its a stadium what more could you expect. Still a great place overall
google avatar

Lucas D.

Yelp
Ok, First the city itself is not bad but there are lots of bad drivers PNC Park itself tho wasn't bad staff was not bad but it was pretty dirty the atmosphere was pretty mid
google avatar

Yelp
Parked at Carnegie Science Center ($50). Cashless. Cashless venue. Comfortable seats. Easy to let people in out of the row. Seats fold all the way up. Ok food. Drinks expensive. Beautiful night with Steve Miller, Journey, & Def Leppard.
google avatar

Ashlyn P.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I love to go to Pirates games and sit wayyy up high to catch a beautiful view of our lovely city and the entirety of the stadium. Getting into the park is always SUPER quick, as they've got plenty of staff to greet you in & check your ticket. Photos from this game were a rare sight to see, with a final score of 11-5 (surprising we got so many runs). My only frustration is the cost of food and drinks inside the stadium. Make sure to arrive with a full tummy and fully hydrated (that goes for alcohol too ) unless you're looking to drop at least $25 for one alcoholic beverage. I don't remember the exact prices of food items because I made sure to eat before, and I only know the alcohol prices due to my silly (& very generous) boyfriend paying for them.
google avatar

Brenda H.

Yelp
A wonderful stadium to watch a ballgame! Saw the Pirates beat the Cardinals on July 23rd this summer. Easy to get food, and beer! Beautiful view of the city!
google avatar

Scott K.

Yelp
The most beautiful park in the MLB. Beautiful city skyline is the background for the stadium. Many great dining options. There isn't a bad seat in the house! It's a shame the product on the field isn't as good as the field itself. I only visit now when the tickets are free. I support the players but not the owner. He's more concerned with the bottom line rather than putting a winning team on the field. Enjoy, Let's Go Bucs.
google avatar

Charles F.

Yelp
PNC Park is a beautiful ballpark and ranks up at the top as one of the best views of any city. Our tour guide Valerie is a also tour guide for the Penguins and Steelers. To day she like all citizens of Pittsburgh are of their city and sports team would be understatement. I've seen passionate fan bases but Pittsburgh is a whole other level. PNC Park has amazing views from the dugout to the press boxes. Seeing where the players take batting practice inside the Park to where Roberto Clemente's quote is the last thing before players enter the field is incredible. If you're in Pittsburgh and have the opportunity to do a tour. Do it. Highly recommended.

C T.

Yelp
Gorgeous view. Perfect opening in the field for a perfect Pittsburgh skyline view. Average food and bathrooms. Clean and well kept for a stadium.
google avatar

Rob M.

Yelp
Son and I saw a game here on July 3, 2024. We both agree this is one of the best baseball parks we've ever been to. The stadium is very open and has AWESOME views looking out toward the city. We went on $1 hot dog night, so that saved us a few dollars. Lots of concessions and gift shops surround the park. Easy to navigate around and truly not a bad seat in the house. We sat second row in the RF bleachers for $20 each ticket. Beautiful stadium, nice area around the stadium with lots of hotels, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
google avatar

Markiesa B.

Yelp
First time visiting the pirates stadium and seeing them play and I had a good time. Got tickets at the box office for standing room only. Security was a breeze and we went up a few floors to get the view we wanted. The energy was loud and good in there. Lots of people and overall good time
google avatar

Aditi S.

Yelp
The best MLB stadium hands down. The view is unmatched and it's always a fun time coming to watch games - even if the Pirates are losing. The giveaways are a plus and the food/drinks are great but pricy. Can't wait to come back and hopefully see a win!
google avatar

Isaac M.

Yelp
The food is good. I love the crab fries and the burgers but it is super expensive. Also if you're a Pirates fan, then good luck watching them trying to win with their horrible defensive skills.
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Not a bad seat in the house. Love the view of the city from all angles of our beautiful park. Lots of different food options drinks (even water!) are pretty pricey. We always have fun when we go to a game
google avatar

Corbin A.

Yelp
PNC stadium is an excellent stadium which features the beautiful Pittsburgh skyline, seemingly from all of the seats available! On this particular night, they hosted a kids night with a drone show. The drone show was really neat to watch as I've never seen one! Overall a great experience despite a bit of rainy weather!
google avatar

Zach P.

Yelp
Amazing. Just amazing. I've been to 11 ballparks and this place blew me away. The views are the best, the concourse is easy to navigate, and relatively affordable cost wise food for a stadium. I HIGHLY recommend Mannys Pierogis in left center field. I sat behind home, along with the lower parts of 1st and 3rd baseline. Great views of the city but the way the stadium is built I could probably have a better view the higher I go.
google avatar

Tom T.

Yelp
PNC Park is a family friendly stadium. There is not a bad seat in the house. With plenty of food options, you can't go wrong. Win or lose, you should be able to have a good time at the ballpark.
google avatar

Russ S.

Yelp
EXCEPTIONAL ball park. I've now seen games at 20 of 30 MLB ball parks, and this is a top tier venue for enjoying a competitive baseball game. The views from within the park are amazing, the food is surprisingly affordable, and the people are as kind as can be. PLENTY of inexpensive public parking, which is pretty unusual for MLB parks.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
One of the most beautiful baseball parks in the USA. Friendly people, great views and spectacular experience.
google avatar

Yvette K.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and views for days! Fantastic fans and food too! Make it out to a game whether or not you're a Pirates fan. Walkable distance from downtown hotels and restaurants and bars
google avatar

Denise W.

Yelp
Best ball park around. I always enjoy seeing my Pirates play when I am back home. Did not care for the hotdog with the pierogies on it, I only ate the pickles and pierogies the meat was so dry it ruined the whole thing. Got my Pirate Pickleball Paddle!!
google avatar

Rob B.

Yelp
Who doesn't love PNC Park? Oh wait... Probably the Cincinnati Reds. Bahaha! I've been here dozens of times over the years. I am a lifelong Pirates fan, no matter what! The views of the city are incredible. The food is plentiful and very good. I used to live for their hot dogs and even though I am vegan mostly and vegetarian sometimes I'll find something that I can have here, but if I want something else good I'll have it :P Btw, Their plant-based burger is the bomb! Beers, Popcorn, and Pirates baseball is life! I've ate just about anything and everything from here so there is something for anyone. I remember I used to get so excited to come to a game just so I could get get a Primanti Bros. sandwich and an I.C. Beer while watching the game. The best 1-2 combo! The best ballpark in the US! Go Bucs!!! (clicks I.C. Light cans together)
google avatar

Kelsey R.

Yelp
Most beautiful arena in the MLB. Staff is great. So many viewing areas other than your seats. Beautiful city views. Only four stars instead of five because of the new way they're doing food ordering. Most food stations around the stadium are kiosk ordering only. You order on the machine, get a receipt, and then staff fulfill your order. Even if you just get a drink, you have to use this and wait in line after people also waiting for food. If there are lots of folks waiting, it's increasingly confusing and staff are forced to haphazardly fulfill orders. For something that was meant to streamline things, it ultimately causes more confusion and is a pain in the ass.
google avatar

John O.

Yelp
Great ball bark ! Downtown Pittsburgh! Easily accessible, parking on $15 Nice River Walk behind the outfield Would definitely go back
google avatar

Doug M.

Yelp
Was in Pittsburgh and had time to catch an afternoon game versus the Brewers. In regards to the actual baseball park...it is terrific. Great with lines and open air...as someone who loves to catch MLB games when traveling...this is a great place. But the food is not so great. I was surprised by how limited the options were...a lot of today's parks are also food destinations...but not here. Settled for a basic chili dog and cheese with a pickle..it was ok...but nothing great.
google avatar

Lou C.

Yelp
Nice ballpark, wide concourses and comfortable seating. Lots of parking options in the area, and getting through the entry gate was fairly painless. Prices, of course, are exorbitant at the concession stands, but that's usually the case for arenas and stadiums.
google avatar

Athena B.

Yelp
As a baseball fan, in my opinion this stadium probably has the best view! It's stunning! The bathrooms are clean and there are so many food options! We enjoyed the Fat Heads area in the outfield! So fun! Can't wait to come back for another game!
google avatar

Adam H.

Yelp
I'm a baseball fanatic to the point that family vacations tend to be planned around Minor League and Major League schedules (and hot dog joints). As a Texas Rangers loyalist, it pains me to admit that PNC is perhaps my favorite ballpark -- ever. Though I spent money on decent tickets, I seriously doubt that there's a bad seat in the house. The staff here was polite. Food and drink options were plenty. I rooted for the home team because that's what I do. Still, the Mets whipped the Bucs. Sorry, y'all. But dang! The ballpark here is just phenomenal!
google avatar

Jon G.

Yelp
We took a walk recently down on the North Shore. Going past PNC Park,we noticed the newer Hall of Fame tribute set up along the walkway. There were large baseballs honoring Hall of Fame baseball players from the Pittsburgh Pirates, Crawfords and the Homestead Grays. There was also a garden with all of their numbers with a plaque. A great piece of Pittsburgh baseball history.
google avatar

Olivia O.

Yelp
PNC park is such a great baseball / event park. It is always well kept and ran well. They have a nice selection of food and beverage options. There's something for everyone. On Fridays during the pirates season they even have happy hour! They have college nights here. I went to IUP and the college nights they host here are top notch. All and all when at PNC park you feel like you're on vacation.
google avatar

Joey V.

Yelp
Anytime I'm at PNC Park I have to get a stadium nacho, one of my favorites! Plus the game was great, walk off home run in extra innings on a beautiful day - can't beat it! Prices for everything in the park are extremely high which is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. Go Bucs!
google avatar

Tiffany F.

Yelp
The most beautiful MLB stadium I've ever been to. My husband wants to see all the stadiums in America so we went to Pittsburgh specifically to see the Yankees take on the pirates. It happened on a family day and they had kid activities and both our kids got a free Clemente Jersey! I love how they have so many kids activities in the stadium, a playground, a play/climb on bridge and a climb on ship. So fun!! The food kiosk ordering wasn't too complicated but hard to find locations of food based off recommendations read prior to going. We parked close by for $20 but saw a lot of people walking across the bridge. Lots of family restrooms available which was nice. The skyline was just perfect. Wish the Yankees won but we had a great time!
google avatar

Kendoll C.

Yelp
super accessible stadium- we parked nearby in the casino garage for free & enjoyed a short walk along the river- we bought standing room only tickets & had a great time taking in a variety of views when exploring the stadium- the stadium had a great design with ample patio style 'first come first serve' open seating/standing table options to accommodate the 'standing room only' concept- staff & vendors were very friendly- the open stadium design had fantastic ambiance, with the backdrop of the city (rivers/bridges) just beautiful- i loved the look of the kids play area too, though we didn't have our kids in tow to explore- while we didn't eat/drink at the park, I noticed there was a lot of choices- but prices seemed extremely high overall a nice visit- the local fans were fun to cheer with-
google avatar

Jordon K.

Yelp
Came to PGH to see the Pirates play the Padres. This is my 4th time coming to PNC Park and the experience is great every time. Every seat in the park gives a great view and they are very well priced compared to other ballparks. There was a 2 hour delay due to heavy rain but they compensated with 2 free tickets for any Monday-Thursday game for the rest of the season.
google avatar

Nate S.

Yelp
BEST BASEBALL PARK worst baseball team. The only reason you go to PNC park is for the sheer tear jerking beauty of this magnificent ball park. We thought for a brief moment this year that the Pirates would be good... FALSE but my time at PNC park is always enjoyable due to the spectacular views. Have an IC Light and enjoy watching the Pirates probably lose and if your lucky win!

Ethan C.

Yelp
As a bob nutting fan, I'm ashamed to see the stadium sold out, disrespectful to the corporate greed
