PNC Park

The stadium has good history, atmosphere. Easy to walk to from nearby hotels. Very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. This was the only stadium that the usher wiped down my seat so far. We've been to several. Nice area, worth the trip. It was kind of confusing to walk around inside the stadium to check it out. Before we sat in our seats.

This is my favorite ball park. We travel the country just to see baseball stadiums. This is a great place. The view... the people. MLB has to do a better job with the food but the prices are below average and if you go when the gates open drinks were on happy hour prices. The ushers were great. This is the one ballpark that you want to sit higher up on the first base line so you have a great view. Normally I like to sit as close as I can to the field but the view is worth the sacrifice and the tickets are way cheaper. Take in as many games as you can while you're there.

One of the most beautiful ball parks. If you’re in are coming here do not forget the stadium is outside and many of the seats are in the sun! Catch a day and night game so you can see the skyline during both times of day. You’ll be walking along the Roberto Clemente bridge and the view of the bridges from here are excellent. So many good photo ops. Highly recommend catching a game here!

The best baseball views in the country. The concourses are open and have lots of food and drinks available. Large bathrooms, easy to find seating. The exterior has lots of foor and bar options and the walk over the Clemente bridge makes for a great outing.

Best ballpark in the world with the best view of Pittsburgh! The employees are all very friendly- everyone at security, to the elevator operators or the vendors all make you feel immediately welcomed and seem very proud to work there. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking which is anywhere from $25-$40 on game day. The lots fill up quickly, so be prepared for a walk from the parking lots or garages surrounding the stadium. Food prices are also outrageous but there’s a lot of choices. I ordered the a slice of “world-famous” Caliente pizza which was huge and equivalent to two slices and cost $12 a slice. It was very good and also very greasy! All in all, if you’re a baseball fan, add this ballpark on your list to visit…you won’t be disappointed!

We have always watched games and admired the view of Pittsburgh that PNC offered. To see it in person was awesome! Arrived in town on a Sunday, hung out with Steelers fans (who are super cool) and took in the Cubs - Pirates Monday night (9/15/25). We got a hotel within easy walking distance sit PNC and the entertainment district on the North Shore. The staff at PNC were very welcoming of us Cubs fans. Only draw back is the gates open one hour before first pitch. By the time you admire inside, walk around a little and grab food… ya gotta hurry to your seats. Views are amazing, hit up a night game!

PNC Park is an absolutely incredible stadium and easily one of my top three out of the eighteen MLB stadiums I’ve visited so far. I came here to watch the Texas Rangers play the Pirates, and the entire experience was fantastic. The view of the city skyline and the Roberto Clemente Bridge from the stadium is stunning. Walking across the bridge to get to the park was such a cool and unique way to arrive. The stadium itself has a lot of character and offers a great selection of food options. I tried the Polish Canon Ball and it was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking to try something different while you’re there. The game I attended also had a fireworks show afterward, which was a great bonus and really added to the experience. Overall, PNC Park is a beautiful and memorable place to catch a game, and I highly recommend it to any baseball fan.

Great seats, friendly staff and the atmosphere to share with the fans, AMAZING!! Get there at least 2.5hrs early for parking, listen to the band, the prices for drinks is a bit steep and the food is incredible!! The Bucs won which is even better!! Plus it was my family first time there as well!🥰 As always LETS GO BUCS!!❤️

The ballpark knows how to put on a fantastic in-game experience! We came for Roberto Clemente Day, and the energy was upbeat and amazing. The view of the skyline and bridge cannot be beat. Let me know if there's a better MLB ballpark with better views. There's a chicken stand that has seasoned fries and a sauce stand! I forgot what it was called but I highly recommend!

Stadium 25/30. Finally got a chance to make it to PNC Park. What a BEAUTIFUL park! One of my new favorites...definite top 5, probably top 3. Met up with a friend that we grew up with for the game. Bought tickets on a resale seller about an hour before the game and we got tickets right behind home plate, with $5.00 concession credits on each ticket, for only $15.00 each! SCORE! As soon as we sat down, Ohtani hit his 100th Dodger HR. Pretty cool to see, live. The view from your seats of the skyline of Pittsburgh is unmatched in baseball stadiums. Its such a perfect view and vibe! Pirates beat the Dodgers which was awesome! Got to walk around the whole park and take pictures and see the statues outside the gates etc. Had a great night with an old friend and my Brother and will definitely try to attend more games here in the future!

Happy to say these past 2 games for Buc's Luau brought the review up to a 5... We returned (4 plus hour drive) specifically for the giveaways, and there was no chaos as the crowd was here for the game and not for the Mac Miller bobble head. Awesome navigating through the stadium and this time enjoyed the park and got to take it in... *huge thank you to the Pirates for offering giveaway shirt sizes in Small-- something that I could actually wear ( and did) *awesome and friendly ushers, and again thanks to the organization for showing baseball etiquette on the Jumbotron and hand held signs so real fans like us can enjoy the games *mahalo for real Polynesian entertainment yesterday at the block party and on the field pregame *missed Ball Girl Haley while she was on vacation, but yay to BG Sarah for her great fielding **great variety in team shops *great pirate themed play structure, bridge play structure, sir brushed tattoos etc! Very family friendly Thanks again, PNC!!!

Can have a kid-friendly experience if you get tickets or just spend time on the riverwalk. There's playgrounds, food, and even kids days on certain Sundays. Join the Bucaroos club to get special perks. Beautiful ballpark, always clean too!

I'm from Southern California , Go dodgers ! That being said this is the most beautiful stadium I've ever seen and been too (Baseball wise) The seats are very comfortable not a bad view in sight The concessions are not out of the world pricing You can see the entire city in the background Defiantly worth taking that special someone to see the game even if the home team itself isn't very good The crowd is very into the game too and we made friends at the stadium the energy at this plays is everything you see in the movies or tv shows Will return !!!! Glad we were able to catch a pirates game after my epic Ohio adventure. The park was beautiful next to the river, the prices were wildly reasonable (coming from CA), people were so nice (no fights) and easy to navigate. Loaded Pierogis and a yuengling were a must! It had to have been 4 lbs of food. Can't wait to come back!

I don't think you can get a better view in all of sports - looking right out onto the river with the bridges and skyline framing the view from home plate. The experience was pretty cool - great status and retired number displays outside the ballpark, and plenty of cool spots inside the park as well. The food was a little underwhelming, but that's fine. Lots of cool things for kids to do before the game around the concourse which was great to see. A must visit stadium for any baseball fan!

What a beautiful ballpark! Truly, Pittsburgh has a lot to be proud of when it comes to the ballpark itself because the team certainly isn't doing much to bring a sense of pride to the city. I'm going to rank PNC as my second favorite park in the country, second only to my beloved Petco in San Diego. The entrance to this park is unlike anything else. You walk in through the stunning Roberto Clemente bridge and it's an epic walk that makes you feel like a soldier going to war. Crossing the river and up to the gates, even in the pouring rain this was an awesome experience. When inside you'll find some stellar vendors and some great bars that you can bounce around to if you don't want to sit in your seats the entire time - that's how I like to watch a game. Food/drink are on the cheaper side of things when it comes to ballpark goodies and the fans, for the most part are very nice... except for a few absolute a$$holes a few rows behind us Padres fans. Stay classy, Pittsburgh, we really enjoyed you.

We came into PGH to take in a game on the bucket list to see a game in every MLB park and this was my 4th this summer. The city shuts down traffic on block next to the stadium to create a great space with the bars to hang out and roam. I will say I was super impressed with our seats in section 212 row A seat 1-3. I had no idea i had bought club level seats. This section of seats had private interior club space for eating with tables and food options as well as outside standing tables as well. The park was fantastic with great city views!! I highly suggest coming to a ball game here and get up in section 226-210 and you will love it

Great stadium with lots of food options! They have hot dogs, burgers, crab fries, nachos and more. The nachos were so good and were gluten free. It was super easy to navigate around the stadium. The view from the stadium is unmatched. Highly recommend catching a game here sometime!

After my mom died unexpectedly last year I wanted to get my dad a really good Father's Day gift this year. He loves baseball and our hometown Detroit Tigers and I figured he expected me to take him to a game like last year. Well, I had to one up that. I saw we had a whole series against the Pirates at Comerica Park the week after Father's Day and I thought what about a whole SERIES. Then I thought what about a whole series... on the road?? I figured we probably played in Pittsburgh as well and I did consider a couple other cities - Cleveland and Chicago but ultimately decided to book a trip to Pittsburgh largely because PNC Park is so highly regarded. I'd probably been more likely to choose the Windy City if the Tigers were playing at Wrigley instead of Rate Field. (Sorry, Eric S!) At any rate we had a great time in western Pennsylvania despite the first place Tigers spiraling into a horrific losing streak and dropping all 3 games to the last place Pirates. So I got a dugout full of Pittsburgh reviews on deck and what better to lead off than PNC Park. My experience with big league ballparks is very limited. Just the two we've had in Detroit during my lifetime and the old Exhibition Stadium in Toronto, a football stadium that had no business masquerading as a place to play baseball. PNC Park easily bests two of those three and Tiger Stadium, with all its poles but rowdy intimate atmosphere probably only tops PNC Park for sentimental reasons. Comerica Park gives a great view of a decent slice of the downtown Detroit skyline. PNC Park gives you the whole Pittsburgh pie. Not only glimmering highrises but the Roberto Clemente bridge and the Allegheny River and even pockets of trees in the mountainous city backdrop if you're sitting in the upper deck behind home plate like we did for the first game when Paul Skenes cleaned our clocks. PNC Park has that neo traditional ballpark look down pat. And they didn't go overboard with pirate themed details like the designers of Comerica Park did with tigers. Save that stuff for the mascot, the fans and the scoreboard. The 3 cannons firing graphic after visiting strikeouts was pretty slick even if I quickly got wary of it. Parts of the concourse look like your average stadium and parts look like a modern carpeted mall with bars, furniture pool tables to give people options for chilling if the Pirates are living down to expectations. Lots of fun paintings and prints of Pirates greats of the past are scattered throughout as well. I especially liked the Willie Stargell done Andy Warhol style. (Warhol is a Pittsburgh native soon to appear in this Yelp account.) Food and beverage was standard overpriced stadium fare, cashless only as I grudgingly figure all ballparks are now. They'll let you bring water in if you don't crack the bottle and we hit up a vendor near the shores of the Allegheny for two games. Game two we sat in the lower deck along the left field foul line and game three behind the Tigers dugout on the first baseline. All great views, both of the action on the field and the cosmopolitan Appalachian backdrop. (Yes, I'm calling it that; I hope I coined a new phrase.) Like I said the Tigers got swept and we saw lots of other Detroit fans subject to the same disappointment as us. The park never came close to selling out but I did feel for the Pirates fans getting a break from a typically brutal season and they were very gracious to us. I'd say don't bother trying to park on the north shore. It goes quick and walking across the Roberto Clemente bridge is a great tradition. You get to pass the Clemente statue and maybe Stargell, too depending on what gate you enter. My elderly dad lost his keys during the last game and we didn't confirm this til we had driven halfway out of town but a call to the lost and found convinced me to turn around. They saved the day by handing dad his keys back which removed any doubt for how many stars this park will get. I wouldn't mind checking out some more MLB ballparks but no matter how many I can get to I'm confident this will remain right near the top of the list.

I have to add this ballpark to my list of top ballparks in the MLB. They do a good job at many different things. Concession stands are plentiful and they did something really smart.. they put drink vendors separate so the lines never get too long if you just want a beer or bottled water. The same is true for food .. lines don't get clogged up with people just wanting a drink. Restrooms are clean and plenty of them. The energy in the stadium is good and kept alive with the scoreboard videos, music, etc...

I loved this stadium! Walking over the bridge to get into the stadium was a very fun and lively experience. So cool to see the buildings and river in the outfield while watching the game. The food and drinks were pretty typical of a standard stadium. Go check it out!!

As a Bay Area native and a die-hard SF Giants fan, I'm no stranger to great food at a gorgeous ballpark. So when I had the chance to experience PNC Park, I was expecting an authentic Pittsburgh experience, and let me tell you, the stadium did not disappoint. The views of the city? Gorgeous. The energy of the crowd? Electric. But then, I made the fatal mistake of ordering a Philly Cheesesteak. Now, I thought, 'I'm in Pittsburgh, not Philly, but it's as close as I'm gonna get!' So, I went for it. What I received could only be described as a tragic joke: a dry, sad pile of bread and meat with a shocking dollop of cheese whiz. It wasn't so much a cheesesteak as it was an existential crisis between two slices of bread. Imagine chewing on disappointment, and you're somewhere close to my experience. I've had better cheesesteaks at a 7-Eleven hot dog roller. As a Giants fan, I've been spoiled by some of the best ballpark food in the country. This, my friends, was not it. A cheesesteak should never leave you questioning your life choices. But here we are. 3 stars for sheer force of will and decent fireworks caught in peripheral vision.

5 stars if the Pirates won more but the new polish cannonballs were 5 stars. Probably the best thing I've ever had at a baseball game (minus Questloves veggie cheesesteak but I think that's retired). Anyway I'm not positive what's all in these flavor bombs but I think it's egg noodles, cabbage, cream cheese and some other stuff and wow wow wow. I literally went for these alone and they didn't disappoint (sorry Pirates)

I'm on a quest to see all 30 ball parks in the MLB and this is ballpark number 23 for me. This is also in my top three favorite ball parks. Everything about PNC Park is beautiful. The fans, the skyline, and the city of Pittsburgh. I wanted to sit up high so we could get a good view of the skyline. It was even more spectacular than I thought. Normally I'm one to walk around and take all the sites but this time I mainly stayed in my seat and enjoyed a beautiful spring day at the ballpark. It's impressive how loyal Pirates fans are and they show it by coming out to support their team. They're also friendly and welcoming to visitors too. I can't say enough good things about PNC Park and the city of Pittsburgh except I can't wait to go back!

The PNC Park was honestly a blast. I had gone to see the Pirates play, and they by far have one of the best fields in the entire MLB. The view literally speaks for itself. Coming here, you can expect a lively crowd, but the food options are meh... nonetheless, you need to check it out!

I was in town for the weekend and one of my good friends was able to get us some great seats for the Friday night game against Philly. The stadium is beautiful with great views of the city. We were on the second level with access to all of the indoor amenities. There are so many food options with so much variety. Great place to see a game.

We got cheap seats on the first baseline, and even though they were cheap, the view of the city was fantastic, and the game was fun. The facility had good access to food and restrooms, and my family had a great time!

As an avid baseball fan myself, PNC Park was my 10th different Major League stadium I've visited and by far, the best, most beautiful baseball stadium! Inexpensive, clean, respectful fans and employees...but the best part of it all? The view; the most amazing view! I highly recommend coming here!!!

Best. MLB. Ballpark. Great views. Friendly Staff. Food reasonably priced. Hot for a day game though, but that's true of all non-.domed stadiums.

"Yes, I am a pirate, two hundred years too late The cannons don't thunder, there's nothin' to plunder I'm an over-forty victim of fate" (Jimmy Buffett) On our way home from Michigan, we made plans to stop in Pittsburgh and catch a Pirates game. We arrived before the ticket office opened, but that gave us plenty of time to walk around the area. The park is beautiful, and I love the way the Pirates honor their past heroes with huge statues and displays of their retired numbers outside the stadium. The ballpark is bordered by the Allegheny River, a pretty Riverwalk, and bright yellow bridges - the Andy Warhol and Roberto Clemente Bridge among others. There are saloons and restaurants everywhere, and to tell you the truth, the area is gorgeous. The weather promised to be better on Friday Aug 2 than it would be on Saturday Aug 3, so when the box office opened, we picked up two tickets for Friday. One very nice experience we had while waiting in line was chatting with a Pirates staff member who was picking up tickets from the "will call" window. She was super nice and gave us some great information about the park and its best seats. We ended up with two seats in Section 123 behind the third base dugout (a recommendation from our new friend). We were in the lower tier and had very good seats for $56 each. The Pirates played the Arizona Diamondbacks, and the game started terribly for the Pirates as Arizona scored five in the first inning. But Pittsburgh battled back before eventually losing 9-8. Our seats were very comfortable, our sightlines were excellent, and the entire experience was very entertaining.

Mike, who has worked in the ticket office with the Pirates since Forbes field, was very helpful in having me select the the best 4 tickets.(on sept 11th 2025) For a future game - Pirates VS Oakland A's Sept 19th 2025. PNC Park is one of my favorite ballparks in the US. Pros: A beautiful ballpark. There are so many food and beverage options. Great views (unlike Fenway where you can stare at a pole). Plenty of restrooms. Pierogi race Con: Identifying which entrance you are supposed to use is confusing.

My 24th MLB stadium. I know everyone loves PNC Park, but I don't think I'd rate it my top ballpark but it's definitely in the Top 10. Great views of the city from the 3rd base side, great atmosphere, great firework show. I would have preferred to be there in cooler weather, we ended up being there when they were on an extreme heat warning. Was only able to easy find water refills stations on upper deck, struggled on the lower - the one I found was giving warm water out. Food offerings aren't necessarily anything to write home about. The pierogi's were interesting to try and filling. Wanted to try their Pitts hotdog but didn't want to walk over to it! Had an ice cream helmet instead which included a toppings for free. One set of our tickets included a $5 concession credit which was cool. No hidden gems to go check out at the stadium. There are more statues outside the stadium and along the river. Took the ferry to the stadium one day which was fun. As well as the experience of walking over the Clemente Bridge each day to the stadium is pretty cool as well and they close the bridge to pedestrian only too. They only have physical first time certificates, no digital, plus parrot mascot temp tattoos for the kids. Still had paper ticket scalpers outside the stadium too, which you don't see anymore. Lively area outside stadium too, had block parties for weekend games.

Parked at Carnegie Science Center ($50). Cashless. Cashless venue. Comfortable seats. Easy to let people in out of the row. Seats fold all the way up. Ok food. Drinks expensive. Beautiful night with Steve Miller, Journey, & Def Leppard.

This is just my personal bias, but PNC Park is the prettiest baseball stadium in the country. Sure the pirates may not be great, but one of my favorite summer activities is to go to a baseball game at PNC Park. There is a good ratio of covered and uncovered areas. The seats are typically stadium seats, but there are also areas to stand around and hang out in the park. I also think the food and drink selection is good. The space has always been clean whenever I visit.

My boyfriend and I love to go to Pirates games and sit wayyy up high to catch a beautiful view of our lovely city and the entirety of the stadium. Getting into the park is always SUPER quick, as they've got plenty of staff to greet you in & check your ticket. Photos from this game were a rare sight to see, with a final score of 11-5 (surprising we got so many runs). My only frustration is the cost of food and drinks inside the stadium. Make sure to arrive with a full tummy and fully hydrated (that goes for alcohol too ) unless you're looking to drop at least $25 for one alcoholic beverage. I don't remember the exact prices of food items because I made sure to eat before, and I only know the alcohol prices due to my silly (& very generous) boyfriend paying for them.

A wonderful stadium to watch a ballgame! Saw the Pirates beat the Cardinals on July 23rd this summer. Easy to get food, and beer! Beautiful view of the city!

The most beautiful park in the MLB. Beautiful city skyline is the background for the stadium. Many great dining options. There isn't a bad seat in the house! It's a shame the product on the field isn't as good as the field itself. I only visit now when the tickets are free. I support the players but not the owner. He's more concerned with the bottom line rather than putting a winning team on the field. Enjoy, Let's Go Bucs.

I knew I'd love PNC Park. The views are immaculate. The vendors are all super nice and friendly. We parked a few blocks away with a short walk through the bars and restaurants. Love that they have these options for before and after the game. Gaining access to the stadium is easy. We entered through the gate located near right field. A bit of a line before gates opened but nothing too insane, and seemed to move quickly. Would definitely visit this ballpark again.

PNC Park is a beautiful ballpark and ranks up at the top as one of the best views of any city. Our tour guide Valerie is a also tour guide for the Penguins and Steelers. To day she like all citizens of Pittsburgh are of their city and sports team would be understatement. I've seen passionate fan bases but Pittsburgh is a whole other level. PNC Park has amazing views from the dugout to the press boxes. Seeing where the players take batting practice inside the Park to where Roberto Clemente's quote is the last thing before players enter the field is incredible. If you're in Pittsburgh and have the opportunity to do a tour. Do it. Highly recommended.

Son and I saw a game here on July 3, 2024. We both agree this is one of the best baseball parks we've ever been to. The stadium is very open and has AWESOME views looking out toward the city. We went on $1 hot dog night, so that saved us a few dollars. Lots of concessions and gift shops surround the park. Easy to navigate around and truly not a bad seat in the house. We sat second row in the RF bleachers for $20 each ticket. Beautiful stadium, nice area around the stadium with lots of hotels, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

First time visiting the pirates stadium and seeing them play and I had a good time. Got tickets at the box office for standing room only. Security was a breeze and we went up a few floors to get the view we wanted. The energy was loud and good in there. Lots of people and overall good time

The best MLB stadium hands down. The view is unmatched and it's always a fun time coming to watch games - even if the Pirates are losing. The giveaways are a plus and the food/drinks are great but pricy. Can't wait to come back and hopefully see a win!

PNC stadium is an excellent stadium which features the beautiful Pittsburgh skyline, seemingly from all of the seats available! On this particular night, they hosted a kids night with a drone show. The drone show was really neat to watch as I've never seen one! Overall a great experience despite a bit of rainy weather!

Amazing. Just amazing. I've been to 11 ballparks and this place blew me away. The views are the best, the concourse is easy to navigate, and relatively affordable cost wise food for a stadium. I HIGHLY recommend Mannys Pierogis in left center field. I sat behind home, along with the lower parts of 1st and 3rd baseline. Great views of the city but the way the stadium is built I could probably have a better view the higher I go.

PNC Park is a family friendly stadium. There is not a bad seat in the house. With plenty of food options, you can't go wrong. Win or lose, you should be able to have a good time at the ballpark.

EXCEPTIONAL ball park. I've now seen games at 20 of 30 MLB ball parks, and this is a top tier venue for enjoying a competitive baseball game. The views from within the park are amazing, the food is surprisingly affordable, and the people are as kind as can be. PLENTY of inexpensive public parking, which is pretty unusual for MLB parks.

Pnc park is always a hit! This ballpark has to be top 5 in America! Super clean facility and I feel like the atmosphere is very great! Even though the pirates are not a good team, the stadium is good!

Who doesn't love PNC Park? Oh wait... Probably the Cincinnati Reds. Bahaha! I've been here dozens of times over the years. I am a lifelong Pirates fan, no matter what! The views of the city are incredible. The food is plentiful and very good. I used to live for their hot dogs and even though I am vegan mostly and vegetarian sometimes I'll find something that I can have here, but if I want something else good I'll have it :P Btw, Their plant-based burger is the bomb! Beers, Popcorn, and Pirates baseball is life! I've ate just about anything and everything from here so there is something for anyone. I remember I used to get so excited to come to a game just so I could get get a Primanti Bros. sandwich and an I.C. Beer while watching the game. The best 1-2 combo! The best ballpark in the US! I love this stadium! Home of the pirates! The seats are comfy the food is good and the service is great! The only problem is the food is slightly overpriced but its a stadium what more could you expect. Still a great place overall

Ok, First the city itself is not bad but there are lots of bad drivers PNC Park itself tho wasn't bad staff was not bad but it was pretty dirty the atmosphere was pretty mid

Best ball park around. I always enjoy seeing my Pirates play when I am back home. Did not care for the hotdog with the pierogies on it, I only ate the pickles and pierogies the meat was so dry it ruined the whole thing. Got my Pirate Pickleball Paddle!!

As a baseball fan, in my opinion this stadium probably has the best view! It's stunning! The bathrooms are clean and there are so many food options! We enjoyed the Fat Heads area in the outfield! So fun! Can't wait to come back for another game!
