Pod Wawelem Hotel

Booked 5 nights here through Jet2 after A LOT of research. It was a perfect choice for us - 10 minutes walk to the main square/20 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter. Fabulous location by the castle and river; it was quiet at night apart from the sounds of the castle clock chiming, which we loved. Staff are super friendly throughout and really helpful at reception. Good range of foods for breakfast. We also drank and ate in the Sky Bar. Our flight in was really late but their restaurant was still open upon arrival and we were pleasantly accommodated.|Wonderful views from up there! |Rooms were exactly what we needed - comfortable bed, hot shower and air conditioning. |Highly recommended.

Hotel is in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the main square. Has a beautiful bar on the roof top looking over the river and the castle. Rooms clean and tidy, just could of done with extra pillow. The reception staff are just brillant, so happy and cheerful. Couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was OK. Good selection of food. Shame the scrambled eggs were very runny. I would stay hear again. I think it's very good value for money.

Excellent hotel. Skye bar is a must the views are stunning. Meals are.. also very good. Staff were very pleasant but the person who makes the hotel so good is BART on reception he is amazing what a personality and goes out of his way to sort everything out for you. He is so lovely I wanted to bring him home to Manchester. This is my second visit to this hotel and would come back again

We stay here every year . Roof terrace is stunning in the sunshine. Gets busy as people who don't stay at the hotel use it. Location is perfect. Overlooks the river and castle and 5 minute walk to the main square. Rooms are clean and staff very attentive. Rooms are basic but perfect for a long weekend as we only use them really to sleep in. Breakfast offers plenty of choice.

A lovely hotel by the river with it's own rooftop bar and restaurant looking out over that river. An early evening sat out in the sunshine at that bar with a drink, glorious. Good clean room, nice bathroom, comfy bed.⁰ A lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.

My friend and I have just returned from a fabulous 3 night stay at this hotel via Jet2 Holidays.||The hotel is in great location to see the sights in Krakow as most things in easy walking distance. Bus from Airport to very near hotel cosys just about £1.10 and takes 20 mins.|The room was very comfortable and clean.|Staff very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.|Voucher for a free Prosecco at rooftop bar on arrival is a nice touch.|Food at breakfast was always fresh and tasty, and set us up for the day's sightseeing.|Would definitely recommend

We stayed here for 4 nights.The hotel room itself was nice and clean and quite basic. Cleaned and towels changed daily.All the staff are really friendly and will go out of there way to speak to you and help if needed. A special mention to Bartosz who was a genuinely funny man and always asking what plans you had for the day and advising if needed.The big plus was the beautiful rooftop sky bar with outstanding views of castle and river. The restaurant was really good ,we ate here 3 times and all the food was nice,big portions too,drinks were good aswell. Prices are very reasonable for a hotel too.|We had a late evening flight and managed to keep our room until 5.30pm which was s bonus.( obviously had to pay of course).|Taxis were easy to arrange, just ask at reception and within 5 minutes there here and very cheap too.

From the minute we arrived to the end of our 5 day stay nothing was too much trouble. The staff are so so helpful, knowledgable,friendly and efficient.|Breakfast was amazing and the menu more than adequate to suit most tastes and budgets. |Our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean.|The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the main square, river, castle and cathedral.|Well done Bart and your team - you really did provide an excellent service.

Rooms are fair, couldn't get the air conditioner to work. Front Desk associates are fantastic and very helpful. The sauna at the hotel was relaxing, clean and secure. Pillows were comfortable and beds fairly comfortable.
