Poho Flowers Double Bay

Ordered some flower for my friends 21st birthday however for the price i honestly didn't think it was worth it. While the flowers she received were nice, I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t quite match the photos featured on the website. I understand that variations in flower selection can occur depending on the size ordered, but I felt the final arrangement did not fully align with what i expected. I paid a total of $215 for the flower and delivery, for that price I had expected something more.

Excellent flowers; however, the poor service and the attitude of the employees are most disappointing. Not friendly and not accommodating of requests. I used to recommend this florist to many people I know. However, I won’t be walking in there ever again! I walked in the Double Bay store at 12pm on a Tuesday and asked if I can order a bouquet of flowers and collect it by 5pm as their website hours indicate that they close at 5pm. I asked him what time do they close and his response was not sure; we may or may not be here by 5pm. I responded with ok, I can collect them by 4pm. He responded again with we may not hear by 4pm!!! This conversation was taking place as he was working on arranging some flowers at the counter. The manner in which he responded was very rude, did not respect my presence and willingness to purchase a bouquet! He came across as though he was doing me a favour by me purchasing flowers from him! He was arrogant, not friendly and not helpful. I understand that we all get tired at work and didn’t expect him to smile etc…however, I expect to be respected and treated as a customer who is keen to purchase flowers!!

Poho never disappoints! Poho is my go to florist for any occasion and has been for a few years now - no one in Sydney does such beautiful and modern floral arrangements like Poho! Even their wrapping is gorgeous. Recently got the seasonal dahlia posy bunch (shown in the picture) for a friend’s graduation - was over the moon at how vibrant and fresh these flowers were. Also got the Bright & Bold in Large recently and just wow. Even my dog is mesmerised. Love you Poho x

Got delivered the most gorgeous bunch of flowers today for my birthday. I’ve never had such overwhelmingly beautiful flowers, ever. These are the type of flowers when delivered, you can’t help but be utterly flawed and shocked by. Large, fresh, a variety of flowers used and such attention to detail paid when putting them together. For context, I wasn’t able to hold these with one hand and laid flat took up half my kitchen bench. Truely spectacular. I can’t wait to order something special for someone and know that the feeling in had today, will be passed onto the next person. Thanks so much. 🥰

I've been so lucky to have been sent flowers from Poho a few times, and have to say the quality is second to none.
