Hotel and the room is clean. The owner is friendly, speak English and Hainan dialect. Location is near the bus terminal, train station, Decathlon and Chiang Mai Central Mall (the biggest mall in Chiang Mai) and the room rate in reasonable.

A clean and resonable price guest house. A Owner seems to be nice person. I walked here from Chiangmai Station 15minutes. Also close by Bus terminal to Chiangrai, Sukothai, and Bangkok. This hotel is a good location guest house.

Excellent place, quiet, rooms are spacious, nice gardens in the middle. Bungalows. Parking lot available. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is made of Toast with butter and jam, coffee tea, and tasty chicken rice pooridge. A peace of heaven in Chiang Rai. We recommend.

Spotlessly clean little room. Perfect for a good night sleep and 10 mins walk to the bus station. Luk and his cat are lovely - he is super helpful and carried by bag up 4 sets of stairs. The shower is also fantastic and powerful. It's a very homely place - would thoroughly recommend for a place close to the bus station. This is not the place to explore chiang mai from - it's far from the old city. Also there is no breakfast but these are just points to note, not criticisms.

Stayed here for 1 night, as we came from Pai and didn’t want to get a bus straight up to Chiang Rai, so we split the journey over 2 days. The hotel is just around the corner from the main (Arcadia) bus station, so it is very convenient if you need to get a bus like we did. However, if you’re wanting to explore some of Chiang Mai then it’s very out of the way (about 15/20 mins, by car, away from the centre). I imagine there’s buses to the centre and there’s plenty of taxis around, but obviously it means having to pay each time, whereas we prefer to walk. Obviously a scooter would be ideal.|The rooms were fine with good air con, very comfortable beds, lockable drawers and a flat screen TV (with some English/American channels). The shower/toilets are shared (we only shared with 1 other room) but are perfectly clean and in working order. The only staff we spoke to was the man on reception who probably said 2 words to us, then the rest was grunts, but oh well! |All in all, this is a nice, comfortable and cheap place to stay, but unless you have a scooter or are willing to get taxis a lot, then it could become an inconvenience.

Good hotel to stay for the night when you want to be arount the train station. They have everything you need and a good shower :) |Its close to the center. If you want a coffee 7/11 and cafe amazon are a 5 minute walk away :) staff is nice and the room is clean

We travelled in a group of 3, and booked this place as we need to catch a morning bus to Soppong the next day. This accommodation is about 5-7 mins walk to bus terminal. It’s basic but it has got everything you need for a night and rooms are clean. We have the entire floor to ourselves, with 2 rooms(2 single beds and 1 single bed), bathroom is outside of the rooms. We could lock the door to our floor so we don’t mind needing to travel out of room ( a few steps away) to use the bathroom. You might near motorbike zooming past, but the noise is less late night, earplugs may help.
