Beautiful sea view from our Hotel Room. Everyone so friendly and helpful to guide us where to go for eating out and explore Mossel Bay. Got a Microwave little Kitchenette also in room. Clean and very cozy room too. Every day put coffee sugar and small milk out to use. Will definitely stay here again! ||Beauty at the Bay spa just around the corner we went here too book here for a spoilt for you and friend too.

Fantastic location with beautiful sea views, and the unit was well-equipped with everything we needed. However, the experience was soured by an unfriendly receptionist who initially couldn’t find our booking, causing unnecessary stress after a long journey with kids, only to later admit she had found it. Additionally, we were only informed after confirming and paying for the booking that there’s an extra R100 charge for undercover parking, which also becomes inaccessible after 6pm due to the gate closure.

Friendly staff. Top housekeeping. Lovely balcony view. However wished there was a carpet in the room and bathroom to break the cold tiles.

Sea facing rooms are great. Just ask for first floor though. The bathroom was a bit tatty. The building is in good location. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
