Google
Decided to try out this highly -ranked restaurant in TR, and I was not disappointed! Tender and flavourful meats, delicious mocktail, impeccable service. It really lived up to the hype for me. Will be coming back!

The food was delicious and interesting though the flavors for some courses were not cohesive. I ordered the wine pairing which seemed even more random with the flavors of the course. Besides that, the service was excellent and the scenery was beautiful looking out onto the river. Overall a good dining experience.

Stopped for a drink at the bar. Great service and excellent cocktail. Nice view. Tapas were exceedingly particularly the calamari. Would definitely recommend.

Google
very nice fine dine dining experience at a very affordable price. You also have a great view of the river. Entrees are innovative and delicious, the combinations of ingredients work great. The mango cuts through the richness of the fois gras nicely without overpowering the flavor of duck. tartare has different accompanies on top, mushroom, jerky and fois, these ingredients really bring out the flavor of beef and provide different texture and taste, making each bit different. the main was a little bit diapointing, meat was chewy and flavor is...nothing special, but considering the price point, it is good enough.

The food in Montreal is good, but this restaurant in Trois-Rivieres was better than anything else I ate on this trip. Recommended.

Came here for Trois-Rivières à table. Food was great and service was excellent. Very nice ambiance, too. I had been here before (a few years ago) and it never disappoints.

Although they don't have an English menu, they explained us what they had to offer. We ordered 6 different tapas dishes. Everything we got was SUPER delicious!

Yelp
One of the best restaurants I have eaten at anywhere. I am from the United States and we were driving from Montreal to Quebec City and found this restaurant. Everything was wonderful, top notch. This was an incredible find.

Yelp
Happened to stop by Trois-Rivières on the way to Quebec City and what a fantastic tasting menu! Overall: 4.5/5 Food: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Decor: 4.5/5 We had the 5 course tasting menu with foie gras (70 CAD + 15 CAD supplement). What a sumptuous meal! It included: lobster tail with caviar, handmade pasta with crab and uni, wild mushrooms with egg, stuffed quail and foie gras, and chocolate hazelnut mousse. The portions are generous sized and they make sure to give time in between each course so it's definitely a good 2.5-3 hr affair. The service strikes the right balance of attentive and also providing privacy and peace to enjoy the dinner. The flavors are excellent and the quality of the food is high. The price is also fairly reasonable for the quantity of food and quality. A great restaurant in a charming city. Highly recommend a visit if in the area!

Yelp
We were driving on the waterfront and noticed this restaurant. We arrived at the end of the lunch hour but they were happy to accommodate our party of two. The owner showed us where they had reserved free parking for patrons and we sat down for lunch with a wonderful view of the river and the boats passing by. The interior of the restaurant is a contemporary light filled setting with a view of the river and they have outdoor seating for a warm day. The menu has limited choices during lunch, 4 choices of starters and 4 of entries. The presentation was spectacular and a nice mix of flavors. The chef is the owners son and he studied in Montreal. Would definitely go back again.

Yelp
A lovely high end restaurant with fantastic views of the river. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were stuck in traffic near Montreal and we could not make our reservation. I called the restaurant and let them know. We arrived 90 minutes late and a table by the window was ready for us. The food was excellent. I had a dozen oysters that were very fresh, moist, thick and delicious (they were served with a shallot, raspberry vinegar sauce that was too sweet but the oysters needed nothing). I followed that with the bison tartare which was excellent and my wife had the dorado which was perfectly prepared and also delicious. With wine and a cocktail, the bill with tip was just over $100 US. Not cheap but not expensive given the quality of the food. I would have given Poivre Noir 5 starts but the service was slow. It seemed intentionally so. Rarely did a waiter pass by to check on us. I noticed that all the other couples dining that evening had arrived before us and were still there, clearly enjoying themselves, when we left. There is a trendy bar outdoors but once you enter the restaurant, it's all very calm. It seems they want you to take your time and savor every bite, leaving plenty of time for conversation before the next course. That's fine if you're not trying to get to a hotel in Quebec City before midnight but I shouldn't have had to go search for a waiter to ask for the check. Perhaps it would have been wise for me to let the waiter know in advance that we still had a long drive ahead of us. All in all, we really enjoyed the food and ambiance and will definitely return if we are in the region.

Yelp
Great enviance and décor. Caters to young professionals/older crowd. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will take the time to explain the menu for those with less 'fine dining' experience. Fantastic for a romantic dinner for couples, as all tapas are specifically prepared for two. While each individual plate is fairly priced, the portion sizes may leave those with a bigger appetite a little underwhelmed (reason why not given 5 stars). Expect to order 5-6 courses to really feel satisfied if arriving on an empty stomach. The mushroom gnocchi is a must. One of the few, true fine dining experiences trois-rivière has to offer. Highly recommended.
