Terrible experience. I placed an order for $300 which never got delivered. When I reached out to the company as they suggest on their page if there is an issue, I received the following response: "We are sorry to hear about the missing package. It seems like the problem occurred around delivery, unfortunately putting us in a situation where we cannot do much about it from Japan." I need a refund or a replacement! Do not purchase from this company until they have updated their response to issues like this one.

As much as I love some of the items this company designs, we made our way to the store while in Kyoto and found it expensive. While some designs may be worth more than for its originality, most don’t feel special enough to warrant the price tag. Sorry guys…. I am a fan and have followed your social media for a long time but having actually been to the store and seen your designs, I was disappointed :(
