Ordered take out from here a couple times but silly me. The food is average as take out, but phenomenal when eaten warm right there in the restaurant! You also then have unlimited access to their sauces, and boy do we love their spicy fish sauce. The "phat Thai" is definitely worthy to be their namesake, and we also like their kuay-tiew (wide noodles pan fried to have some nice crispy char). They also play hip Thai music in their little store if you're into that.

Great place to grab some Thai fried rice or noodle for lunch. They have a full size restaurant a few blocks down the street, but if you are looking for some street food, no fuss experience, this place is for you. The outside seating can get really cold in the winter though. I am usually partial for noodles, so I would recommend the Thai fried noodle.

Very delicious Thai food in the emerging new Chinatown. It's in this arcade mall at one of it on the ground floor. There isn't much seating inside the store but there's plenty of tables outside of it. The kyaw tiau was fabulous even though I think that's more of a Malaysian dish (I think?). In any case, a good place to stop for really tasty food.

tried their famous Vietnamese style chicken wings. Yes, I have to admit they are pretty good but a little too salty for my own taste. You get 6 wings for $15. I also had their Khao soi. This was the dish I liked more than their wings. The khao soi had very good texture of noodles and the broth of coconut complimented it really well. I love the taste of coconut in the broth and added a hint of sweetness which made it perfect!

Cocktail list is pretty stellar. There was a Pomegranate camchaca thing that was super tasty. Laotian beer! Wings were spicy and addictive. The duck larb was incredible, as was the coconut rice plate with pork and papaya salad. Gotta get back there very soon! Staff was super attentive and well informed.

There are 2 pok pok that opened. This is the smaller version with no cocktails or wings. Pad Thai was only OK in my opinion and expensive for what you get. The vinegar drink was also only OK and I really like kombucha. 30 min parking for free downstairs with validation per 12.50 order. Want to try the main one over this one.

Fun little take out joint with shared tables outside. Can't wait for the full blown restaurant to open so I don't have to fly all the way to Portland to enjoy the food again. Again lots of buzz about this place on KCRW and the papers. Friendly informative staff will take care of you.

Was excited to see another Thai place in Chinatown. We have been to both locations the big one and the small one. With both we were not impressed the food is expensive and the food at the main location didnt even taste like Thai food. I much prefer Sala Thai on Alpine.
