Poke Hana

Our first time here since we moved to Florida this year and let me just tell you their fish is so fresh. All the food is so fresh the chicken. The mac & cheese is so good. I got them make my own bowl and all the ingredients including the crispy, tofu was just the best thing I’ve ever had and I will be definitely coming back. This is the must go please for quick bite meals, lunches, all day Above and with family. It’s really really good food.

The team was so friendly and helped us with our selections when we couldn’t decide because everything sounded amazing. I opted for a custom bowl as I have some dietary restrictions. They offered modifications to make sure I was good with my choices. Definitely putting this on my rotation now. We all loved our dishes!

This was my first time at a poke place, and I came here based on a recommendation so glad I did! The food is so delicious, and the portions are great for the price. The staff are super friendly, and the laid back Hawaiian vibes make it such a welcoming spot. Definitely at the top of my list for great places to eat around town. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is an awesome restaurant to come out and hang out with friends or family. Even kids can come out and enjoy kid bowls, there's a big screen TV and the restaurant and everyone can enjoy themselves have fun have drinks. It's in the middle of all the restaurants that are in the area ice cream place down the street very cool spot. I had the rice tacos for the first time it was really good. But for some reason my last tacos that had tuna I don't know if it made the rice Taco soggy but it just started sticking to my teeth and I did not enjoy that. It was stuck to my teeth and the roof of my mouth it was really hard to get that out but other than that everything was really good

I really enjoyed my meal at Poke Hana. I built my own bowl. I loved that they have so many topping options. Everything was fresh and delicious. I like the location too! You can stop by here for lunch and then explore other stores around Mills.

Worth stopping in for. Good quality, tasty food. Nice service. Unique look and feel, and even some unique dishes. Never expected a poke bowl place to have BBQ pork, but it was actually fantastic! They also have acai bowls. Some unique Hawaiian drinks available. The children's dishes are actually very affordable. Pretty clean, but felt like it could be wiped down some more. Tables are pretty, made from natural wood. Walls and decor are unique. I am not a huge fan of the 50-Mills area; I find it all a bit hipster and often overpriced. This place is a nice exception. Utilize the large parking spot behind the building and take the back door if possible because parking off 50 is difficult and stressful. A bit pricey for what you get overall, but that's everything these days.

Pretty solid place to grab some quick Hawaii food. The tuna poke was amazing and the toppings that came with it paired really well. Only suggestion would be bigger bowls since it's a little hard to eat with everything on top of one another.

Cute place to get poke bowls. Ingredients are always fresh and the bowls are so colorful! The rice platters are also really good, my kids love the mochi cakes and chicken and rice platters. Don’t forget to get a fountain drink while you’re here too - pineapple cream soda was really good.

came in for an early dinner after a long day of work. weekday around 4pm, had plenty of people sitting here and a good amount of traffic coming in for to go orders. lots of seating options. i got a build your own, with tuna and salmon, huge chunks of fish. i was a bit skeptical as the toppings didnt look super fresh, but wow the fish did not disappoint!! i am curious about the owner - they had a painting of Hawaii but the colors seemed to be the england flag. highly recommended spot!!

I had the Custom salmon Poké bowl. I started with a base of white rice, added in some pickled onions, ginger, Masago, crispy onion, seaweed salad, and it was perfection! Staff was very friendly, efficient and quick at making the bowl. The interior is no-frills and quite dark, but it's worth it if you would like a quick lunch !

Poke Hana, like any poke establishment, has high quality fish and healthy ingredients. Its salmon and tuna are both soft and flavorful. Although they focus heavily on vegetables in their bowls, I believe that they really balance these vegetables well. The ambience is exactly what you want from a poke establishment. It gives real island vibes. The music is surf rock, which fits the mood perfectly. The decor is very outdoorsy, like a tiki hut. This is probably the most immersive part of the Poke Hana experience. The service was decent. The staff were very friendly with me. We had a nice chat while the bowl was being fixed. I really appreciated that. However, it does have its drawbacks. First of all, I did not think that the fruit (mango in particular) was very ripe. It was a little on the harder side. Secondly, the bowl lacked sauciness. It was a little dry and a little bland as well. A good mix of sauce would help the flavor and consistency tremendously. Overall, this poke shop is a great vibe for some decent poke. I give Poke Hana 13/20 Freys. FREY OUT!

Stopped in for a quick snack before heading home as I was in the area and wanted some spam musibi. They were at a great price point and super tasty. My husband got the pork nachos which were also a great quick bite. The restaurant itself is definitely a counter service vibe but it matches its quick service poke appeal.

This place tastes soooo good. I was crazing a poke bowl and I made my own here with salmon tuna seaweed salad kebab meat mango cucumber and two sauces! A little pricy about 28$ with the drink but was worth every fresh bite

Aloha! We really need more Hawaiian food in Orlando. Great poke and reasonable prices. We love this place so much so we use to DoorDash it for the 14 miles and totally was worth it until prices went up. Their Maui Wowie bowl is amazing and I love all the customizing build a plate or bowl options. Casual place to eat and chat and in a part of Downtown where you can walk to delicious Asian-inspired dessert shops nearby. Mahalo for the great poke and island vibes.

I love Poke Hana on the Mills50 district. It is a such a great spot to find delicious poke and add as many toppings as you'd like. I did the build your own poke so I was able to pick the proteins, the toppings and sauce. You also have signature bowls. I went in from the back door since the parking lot in the back is much easier to find a spot than on the street. The door looks like it is an employee entrance but it is not you can go in. The staff were friendly and helped me right away. The space has a few tables in case you want to dine in. I took mine togo.

I order from here all the time during break or just for a quick meal. I like the aesthetic of the restaurant and the food presentation here. I always get the Garlic Fried Chicken Plate w Rice and Mac Salad. It is soo good! The sauce on the chicken is amazing and their Mac salad is so creamy and good. If you haven't tried this place yet I definitely recommend you come and try the Garlic Fried Chicken!

I honestly hope Poke Hana lives on forever. This is the only poke spot in Orlando I trully enjoy. If you're looking for a break from the fast pace energy of Mills 50 the options here are fresh and pricing is casual. Also to address the haters the portions are great. You will not leave hungry, just don't expect a Chipotle sized burrito bowl. You end up ordering so much because there's alot of variety.

Loved the choices and price of this place. There's lot of variety and either preset bowls or build your own with unlimited toppings! Everything tasted fresh and I opted for salmon and pork which were both delicious. I don't recommend the spam musubi which we decided to try though. Overall for a quick to go lunch or to sit at the bar it's a nice place to try near mills, especially if you grab a latte next door beforehand!

MORE THAN OKAY POKE | at Poke Hana! Poke Hana has become a go-to poke spot for me whenever I visit Orlando. Located in the busy Mills 50 district, Poke Hana is perfect when I'm craving something light and quick and easy. I've tried a few items now, and my favorites are still the poke options. The haole style is a popular option but I love the surfs up salmon. The spicy tuna nachos are fun but I couldn't say they are a full meal. The spam musubi is also fun if you're craving them. Overall, a solid Hawaiian style poke spot on East Colonial. I will have to stop in again next time to try the rice plates & acai bowls!

The protein portion was small and the service is awful. There was zero hospitality and made me feel like I was being my a bother rather than a customer looking to try their food. To add on to that, when I paid, I went to text myself the receipt and as I was typing on the tablet, the cashier (who saw me typing) exited out to place a to go order :/

Great spot. $15 per custom bowl, and the acai is so worth it! Delicious. Service was quick and the employees were very nice. Clean bathrooms and clean tables.

Food is tasty, material is very fresh. The guys making the bowls are very friendly. Store is clean. Price is good. Will definitely come back again!

Great little poke spot in downtown Orlando -- the only one in the Mills 50 area, which is a bit of a shame. Their service and the vast majority of the ingredients are quite consistent; the only thing I find a bit inconsistent is the freshness and size of their raw fish. I've been to Poke Hana several times because I'm in the area and I feel like the fish cubes were larger when they started years ago; as to the freshness, while their fish is usually fairly fresh, this also varies. Poke Hana is my go to spot for poke in Orlando mainly because of its easy access location, not so much so because of its poke bowls.

This Hawaiian spot on East Colonial is a great place to satisfy your Big (Island) cravings... see what I did there? I've heard a lot about Poke Hana and since we don't have any Hawaiian food in South FL, I had to stop by this place when in Orlando before heading back home. When I went to UCF, there was a Hawaiian spot that we all loved (we miss you Hawaiian Grindz) and I haven't had great Hawaiian food since... until now. I didn't get to dine here but me and a friend picked up some garlic shrimp and spam musubis to go. The place wasn't too busy when we arrived on a Sunday around lunchtime and it was easy to peruse the big menu on the screens. The signage makes it easy to see where to order from (although I still made a mistake and tried to order at the register, oops) and once you order, you make your way down to the register to pay. If you get musubis, they are located at the end near the register where you can grab and go once you've paid. I got two to-go orders of the garlic fried shrimp rice plates which also comes with rice and mac salad. They came out pretty fast and they still tasted good even after an almost 4 hour drive home! When I ate it, I was expecting it to not taste as great since it was fried and sitting in the car ride home but even after microwaving and airfrying, the food tasted great! I can't even imagine how it tastes fresh dining there. Excited to stop by again next visit and actually eat there!

What a chill spot! Anytime I travel, I always look for Hawaiian restaurants since they're so few and far between. I came across Poke Hana and decided to give them a try. Inside is super cool, laid-back island decor, and the staff was friendly as well. The food was delicious, it tasted so fresh and authentically Hawaiian. I live in Miami, but anytime I come back to Orlando I'll definitely stop by again.

Came here on Saturday afternoon and was looking for a poke bowl place. Came across Poke Hana and was pleasantly surprised! Hawaiian food in Orlando, people! I've been searching for a good Hawaiian place since I've moved to Florida and I'm glad I found it. The interior is cute, with pictures of the ocean, surfboards and colorful chairs. The employees were kind and explained the menu. The menu is very vast. Poke bowls, mixed plates with different meat and seafood, poke nachos, and much more. I ordered as follows: Mixed plate: it came with poke, and I chose the garlic fried chicken as my cooked protein. It also came with mac salad. The chicken was amazing. Crispy, a little sweet and the garlic taste was great. It was the best thing on my plate. The poke was standard, but the only thing I didn't like was the Mac salad. For me the macaroni could have been cooked more and it could have had more seasoning and could taste sweeter overall. Poke bowl: poke, with teriyaki chicken, edamame, carrots and imitation crab. Flavor was very good! But the only thing negative I have to say about it is that there weren't many options for the additional toppings and I wish the overall plate was slightly bigger. Overall I'm happy with my experience. Because of the vast menu I understand why there weren't that many toppings to choose from for the poke bowl. I was satisfied with what I had and I'm excited to come back to try other things on their menu.

I love Poke Hana! They have a big menu for if you are feeling poke or trying something new. The fish has always been fresh and they always are well stocked with toppings. I was able to add on the green onion to my diamond head bowl. The ambiance is so cute inside and very well done. I also feel like the portions are very big and I usually can't finish a whole one for dinner. Definitely check them out!

One of the pest places I've been to in Orlando for poke! The portion sizes are great, the fish and other ingredients are fresh, and the people that work here are super friendly. The ambiance of the store is super chill as well, although as much as I want to, hard to fit a large group in there haha. But overall, really delicious food and service! I've ordered from Poke Hana numerous times on Uber, and it definitely does not disappoint! I've ordered the garlic chicken plate numerous times, and it's absolutely delicious! It's fried chicken thighs, and it's tender on the inside, and crispy on the outside. I will definitely have to try the poke bowl for my next visit!

What a great way to have lunch! Mac salad, kahlua pork, & spam masubi! I haven't had Hawaiian food in such a long time so this definitely hit the spot. The food is flavorful, hot, and ready to eat. The Mac salad is balanced with just enough mayo & carrot. The spicy mayo really elevated the pork and added a little kick. The spam masubi was fresh and stuffed with rice. I definitely can't want to try this place again.

Visiting downtown Orlando had to include a must stop to one of my favorite businesses to eat fresh and tasty food! Poke Hana is my spot for delicious poke bowls and more! On this visit I ordered the pork katsu entree, salmon tacos, spam musubi and a refreshing passion juice drink. Excellent customer service by staff. These gentlemen were friendly, helpful and very professional. Shoutout to Cliff, Andy and Shane for your hospitality. Dining area was very clean and comfy while I relaxed and ate all of the amazing food. Excited that I'm returning soon and looking forward to trying some other great menu items!

Ordered a Build your Own Poke bowl on uber eats, and selected add extra protein for $5.25. When the order came, there wasn't any extra protein, and the portions for the salmon and tuna were decently small. Tried to contact uber support and was told "the size of the items are determined by the merchant and we are unable to offer you a price adjustment for your order." Please don't select the extra protein option for their poke bowls.

I was so pleased with this place. I appreciate the greetings we received when we arrived and willingness to help with menu selection, since we were 1st timers. I ordered a custom bowl with chicken, brown rice, pickled onions, seaweed and avocado. So delicious and fresh! The bowl is very filling. I ate half there and then remainder later for dinner. It is a quaint simple place off hwy 50, close to Mills. There is parking in the back and an entrance in the back from the parking lot. There is great music jamming throughout the place making for a relaxing chill atmosphere.

Have been coming here for about 2 years now, every time i come in the food never misses. the staff feel like family and the service is beyond. it's a cute place inside and very clean. 10/10 food 10/10 employees 10/10 service also joke with the main man telling him that i keep the lights on here because im here so often! Keep it up!

How have I not reviewed Poke Hana before??? Def one of my all time faves and a go-to in Mills 50. I typically do the build your own bowl with a half rice/half salad base. I'm also partial to the garlic fried chicken plate with the mac salad as well as the ahi nachos. And you HAVE to get the butter mochi and musubi! Finish it all off with a Hawaiian Sun and you couldn't ask for a better meal.

The Kalua Pork was juicy, but I wish it had more flavor. The portion size was good for me and I ended up taking leftovers. Mac salad was good, as well, and reminded me of Hawaii. As always, I had to have a POG to complete the meal! Service was helpful and the restaurant was nice and clean.

This is one of my favorite new spots! The rice tacos are so good and airy. Just enough of everything on it for it to be filling but not sleepy :) The staff are really helpful with advising on what's in each item. I recommend you guys check this out if you're in the area :)

First time trying the food here, first thing that you notice when you come in is that the food smells amazing. It was pretty empty, so we were able to order right away, and the food was out very fast. We took it to go. The food tastes delicious! The establishment was pretty quiet, perfect if you want to sit down to eat. There's parking in the back, you'll have to walk around to enter the store.

I tried a combo plate because I really wanted some poke but also something warm, and unfortunately it wasn't as fantastic as reviews led me to believe. Poke was a bit salty, and the rest of the food was fine. Location is great in Mills 50, with plenty of parking in the back, plus fun decor inside. Service was incredibly friendly and fast, and my friend even got a small free cake free for her birthday. Cute place, decent food, it just didn't hit the Hawaiian spot for me.

I came here craving shrimp and recalled they have garlic shrimp on their menu from my previous poke endeavors. You order at one of the counter and pay at the other end. So it's nice quick service. It's a place that I'd go to and want to stay and eat at. It's chill and cozy. I ordered the garlic shrimp box and it was so good. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for something savory.

My favorite for poke in town! This place is one of my go to for some authentic hawaiian food. I usually go for the garlic shrimp with mac salad. It's fried on the spot and they keep the shell on to make sure it's extra crunchy. The ahi and the salmon for the custom poke is fresh and exceeds our expectations. There also have different hawaiian drinks in cans which we will be trying next time we stop by. You won't regret this place! Everyone is nice and friendly and the amount of food is worth the price.

Poke Hana is my go-to lifesaver spot among the neighbor places. Whenever I want to eat something healthy, tasty, and filling, I head straight to Poke Hana. I get to customize my bowl just the way I like it, adding unlimited topping as I wish. And every time, everything is super fresh. You should definitely try.

The customer service here was excellent. The Diamond Head bowl I ordered had delicious ingeredients, including spicy tuna, surimi, edamame, seaweed salad, and slightly pickled thinly sliced cucumbers. I also tried the butter mochi, it's like a chewier, buttery sponge cake. The place is very casual and nicely decorated, good for social media pics.

Ordered take out which was super quick to prepare. Our lease favorite item was sadly the poke bowl we ordered which was the Maui Howie. We loved the spam masubi! We ordered 7 of them! Another item that was absolutely delicious were the butter mochi cake and the haupia dessert which was served warm. Definitely don't skip dessert

I consider this restaurant as one of the best in the area. Its been a long time I have this place bookmarked and finally we tried it. The interior was big and nice and well decorated. Its a self service restaurant. You go in the front and order the food then bring it to your table. We ordered 2 types of masubi. The spicy tuna and kalua pork. Every bite is so delicious. It was well seasoned and rice was perfectly cooked. We also got the makai crispy tacos. It was a good dish exept the rice tacos that whenever you chew the rice stick to your teeth and it was so sticky but it taste good but ill skip it next time we go back. 3rd dish we got was the garlic shrimp plate. It comes with rice and macaroni salad. I like the convenient of eating this shrimp because it was cut in the middle. Lastly the garlic fried chicken with rice and mac salad. Its crispy chicken with sweet garlic sauce. I like the crispiness of this chicken and its well seasoned. We really enjoyed all the food that we ordered and surely we will be back to try more of their dishes!

TLDR: phenomenal poke and MAC SALAD Was feeling some poke after my trip to Hawaii and this place is awesome. They have traditional bowls and musubi but also some fun twists such as rice paper tacos and twists on nachos. Of course I had to get the mac salad which was subtle and satisfying. Grab one of the Hawaiian sun drinks for a truly authentic experience!

Overall this place is alright. Not good and not bad. The food itself was good, the fixings are good quality; but the fish, maybe a bad day (hopefully) but was disappointed. Salmon was gid, tuna was chewy and not great tasting; which for the price I would expect a bit better. The restaurant was clean and staff polite and nice. I did not see outlets or public info for wifi, so I'm not sure I would go here to work or stay more than just the meal itself. Overall, I would come back if I was specifically in a mood for poke, but likely not go out of my way for it.

Poke Hanna's Hawaiian bowls are not only nutritious but they sure are completely delicious! If you want something that's not only fast but healthy, this is your place to be for lunch! Service is exceptional and ambiance is inviting.

Stopped in for the 1st time today. Lots of new and different items on this menu. I ordered a rice plate. It was the pork Kalua Pork was nice size chunks. There was a spicy sauce on top which was very tasty. The plate came with sticky rice and a macaroni salad. Very delicious. Counter guys were very helpful and nice. They also prepared the rice plate.

Came here for mom's birthday. She loved watching them make their Poke bowls. Their kindness was thoroughly appreciated and in celebrating her birthday. Mahalo!!

I'm not typically a big poke fan but that is what my friend was craving so we tried Poke Hana and I'm so glad we did! There was a relaxed vibe with counter service. The servers were kind and attentive and the line moved quickly. I ordered the Pork Nachos and Teriyaki Chicken Musubi. My nachos were amazing and flavorful with a good portion of meat. I wasn't a huge fan of the Musubi as the chicken didn't have much flavor. I am looking forward to trying more menu items in the future!

Where do I even begin? I absolutely love this place. I have visited countless times and it never disappoints. If you're a poke fan and haven't tried Pokehana yet, you're missing out. It's a must-visit whenever my sisters are in town, and it's definitely one of my top picks for poke in Central Florida. For my custom poke bowl, I always go for white rice as the base, double salmon (sometimes I get salmon/tuna), with Maui sauce, seaweed salad (I forgot the mango this time), pineapple, pickled cucumbers, edamame, masago, and green onions. The quality of their fish is outstanding, especially in comparison to many places in Central Florida. They offer an excellent selection of toppings, and while online orders are limited to a maximum of six toppings, in-store you can go wild with as many as you want. There are a couple toppings with an upcharge, avocado and surumi salad. Their Hula Chicken plate is also unbeatable. When my boyfriend and I visit, we usually order two custom bowls and a Hula Chicken plate to share because it's just that good. The Hula Chicken plate features white rice (you can choose a different base if you prefer), grilled Hula Chicken topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce (I think), and mac salad (or you can substitute it with two toppings of your choice). Don't miss out on their Spicy Tuna Ono Nachos--so delicious! Crispy fried wontons are topped with spicy tuna, drizzled with wasabi crema and spicy mayo, and garnished with jalapeño slices, shredded nori, and green onions. For dessert, we usually get their haupia pie and butter mochi. Both are fantastic, but if you have to pick one, go for the haupia pie. Also, they have pineapple cream soda at their soda fountain, which you won't find anywhere else around here (from what I have seen). Everything from their poke bowls and hot plates to the nachos, tacos (with crispy rice paper and your choice of filling), spam musubis, and acai bowls (which I haven't tried but I bet are great) is delicious. The service is always fantastic--friendly and welcoming. The interior is vibrant and colorful with a Hawaiian surfer vibe. These photos are from my latest visit. We took our food to go, so the spicy nachos got a bit messy on the drive home. I'll make sure to snap better pics next time!

I come here like once a week for my chicken teriyaki, kids, meal and butter, mochi cake fix. It hits the spot every time. Sometimes they don't seem to put enough chicken in it and sometimes they seem generous. Maybe it's me, maybe I'm frequenting too much. But I can't help it because it's so good. If you're looking for Poke at a chill place, this is the place to be.
