We ordered 2 bowls and the service was great and quick. Staff is polite. The portion of the bowl is pretty small and taste ok. We also ordered the miso soup and I would not recommend as it taste like instant soup. Overall , I would give them 3 stars. Update May 11: Someone from Pokeworks reached out to me in regards to my feedback. Told me to email the info email with a ticket number but never follow through afterwards.

Found this little spot while looking for food around Times Square. Loved the photos online. Service was quick but staff were abrupt and a little bit rude (expected in NYC). Fish was extremely fresh. Sauce was well placed. Options were great. Minimal seating available, 5 counter seats and if you don’t get space you gotta walk and eat. I had the burrito (spicy ahi) which was lovely.

Pokeworks was ok but not great. I ordered the spicy ahi tuna with cauliflower rice. The service was fast and they were very nice. The food was ok in that it was fresh but lacked a lot of taste. The serving size of actual poke was pretty small as well given how much it costs. Probably would not come back or I would try something else.

Probably the best bang for your buck!!! The staffs are knowledgable and friendly. The protein is fresh and sauces are tasty. Toppings are really filling in a good way. The condiments even include sesame oil! Only downside is the lack of seatings but it’s not surprising in this area. For the price I’ll definitely come back often.

Great poke place: perfectly warm rice (brown / white), good ahi, pre-defined combos for those less experienced in making their own poke ingredients choice. Little seating options and no restroom. Unfortunately, there are no pre-marinated fish options. And this is what I would expect from a 5* poke place.

I was really expecting this place to be much better than it was, as I've been following it on Instagram for months and so all the good reviews on Google. However, this was an OK Poke Bowl but nothing special. I had the Hawaiian Classic, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was OK, but it wasn't super tasty and was lacking the flavors that I was really enjoying when eating Poke in Hawaii.

My fiance has been wanting to go to this place for 3 years. We finally had the opportunity during our trip to NYC. We are both sushi fans and pokeworks definitely met our expectations! The staff was friendly and patient with first time customers like us. You got to choose your protein, your flavours, your topping, and sauces. I had salmon, mango, edamame, 2 types of seaweed and their house sauce. It was amazing! Sushi burritos are so convenient for on the go and very customizable. I would eat here everyday if I could. Our cost for 2 sushi burritos and one drink came to a little over $30.

Great fresh Poké for a decent price and easy to create your own resulting in multiple possible combinations. I attempted the kale noodles and they were great! Only suggestions is that it could offer smaller portions and cauliflower rice? At lunch time it can get busy with the queue spilling out into the streets. Pre order and deliveries available too. People must like it!
