Visited as part of our tour group with Frontiers North. Amongst other things we learned how important the sea ice is in supporting the food chain, starting with the algae that grows below it. It was such an interesting visit so don't miss it while in Churchill!

Had a great tour and learned so much about polar bear environment, how it’s changing, what they need, how they subsist, and what’s happening because of climate change. Would like more information on how a regular person is able to help - other than money? Who can we petition, who can we write to, they said to vote for environmental protection, but I feel like the general population could do more if guided? Definitely worth checking out!

We spent about an hour here in early August. We were offered a tour of the displays around the room and learned so much about the north and its bears. I look forward to following PBI on their future work and explore the variety of education pieces offered.

We stopped in here after a recommendation by a local and were so happy we did! Beautiful building and very informative staff. Dave was so knowledgeable, personable and answered our many questions. Definitely a neat place to stop in while in Churchill to learn more about the bears in Churchill and beyond.

This is definitely worth a stop if you are in Churchill. The displays and education provided by the staff are great. I learned a lot and left wanting to do what I can to help stop climate change. I fell in love with the polar bears and imagine a future with them in it. Thank you polar bears international!
