Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

The Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet is almost in every outlet mall except the Folsom premium outlets for a long time. They finally opened one here a couple of years ago. The outlet store looks very good inside. The store looks very tidy every time when I'm here. The workers are very polite as well. I like this store because it is less crowded even on the weekends.

I have been to this outlet a few times, and the prices are exactly the same.regular prices I would see if the merchandise was new, yet it isnt because its at an outlet store. And the salespeople are completely clueless of the designer himself. Rather go to the outlet in Gilroy than here.. Not recommended

Elegant store with classic fashion however I’d appreciate them even more if there was a larger selection. I highly recommend a classic button up or the American flag sweater!

Love this brand, this store came little short till I had this experience with them. Bought two shirts from the store, bought them for my birthday and kept them without wearing for a long time, when i was packing for a Europe trip considered taking them but that’s when i realized that one of the shirts were slim size fit, I normally wear classic and looks like the store mixed them in shelves. After i returned from my trip, took the shirt back for exchange, i explained that it was my mistake of not checking the sizes but they politely refused since it was so long. While I agree that it was my mistake, I had receipts and tags on the shirt and for them to refuse an exchange was not something I imagined. They had the same shirt on the shelves, and they did have a slim fit mixed up in classic fit that i pointed out. So that explains that they want customers to pay the price for their F’ups

The meat department is neat and clean.

Indeed one of the best PRL store in CA. The staff is so helpful they always do their best to facilitate the customer. McGill the store manager was super helpful with me in regards to a recent quality issue with a T-shirt that I bought back in December and helped me to get my refund back. He is excellent and listen to customer concerns and honestly he is above and beyond to help 😊.

Excellent customer service! Three of their workers in particular, Andrew, Chase and Nick are always super helpful with finding sizes and giving style advice. Their prices are a little too expensive I wish they had more sales especially for an outlet store.

I love this brand, but it's a very small store, no kids section, and very limited space for adult fashion clothes. It's kind of disappointing to see such a small store of Raulph Lauren.
