Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

"I liked this store because it has a lot of clothing, but there are no shoes at all. There were only three pairs that I actually liked."

I use the shop at the store multiple times a week. The staff used to be friendly. They used to smile. They were helpful and I didn’t mind spending hundreds of dollars in there. I went in there today the black lady at the door clearly seen I had a sack went to the register to do a Exchange there were a few people ahead of me so I went over to see if this store even had A few of the items I want different sizes in. When I tell you, she was so rude and was literally on my heels not near to my hands was full. None of the employees look happy they all have frowns on their faces. They were not friendly. They really need to change the atmosphere back the way it used to be. No one to store is empty and dead. You better off driving all the way to Fort Worth. at least the customer service is better.

TLDR; Great Quality, fair prices, excellent customer service, my lucky charm! Went in today, right before an interview to pick up some items, I was greeted by Phenomenal employees, I believe Kole and one other helped me! They gave me some recommendations, and I was more than pleased with my purchase! They really took care of me, and were there to assist and help me along every step of the way! I am now declaring this Polo Ralph Lauren as my official lucky charm, because I got the job! Thanks once again to the staff that helped me out!

Again, I will come back during the weekday instead of the weekend. There was NO line to get inside like during the weekends. However, the reason for 4 stars is due to not having much selection for kids. I have a toddler and a 7yr old. Very little options for small kids, and ended up only finding 1 pair for my toddler. Couldn’t find a pair for my 7yr old and ended up going to Rack Room Shoes for him.

The absolute worst store with worst staff from Assosiates to manager!!! Don't waste your time and money here!!!

Tried to do an exchange tonight but lost the receipt in store when choosing another coat!!!🫠didn’t use an email or phone number when purchasing, so staffs can’t do anything😭 But! Dae Dae saw me and saved me!!!!!!!! He found my order in today's purchase history based on the total price the approximate purchasing time. Thank for your hard work omggggg. Dae Dae is the nicest and the most helpful staff ever!!!!🏆🏆🏆he deserves a promotion!!!😁

Have to say shopping here is a pleasure, the workers are nice, the store is clean, organized, and nice it's the right place to come too.
