Amazing dinner spot if you like elevated seafood! The presentation was just as incredible as the flavors. It was the only place I made a reservation for in advance of my trip and it didn’t disappoint!

I found this nice seafood restaurant very pleasant, the food was tasty and intriguing! The bread with butter and anchovies is always a winner, but also the other dishes were spot on. Service was cordial and attentive. Some improvements could be done in the dining room, it felt and was a little cold.

The new opening last year by the duo Viviana Varese (now at Passalacqua on Lake Como and in Milan at the "rebel" Faak) and Ritu Dalmia was conceived as "a lively bar-trattoria, open for both aperitivo and dinner." Fish dominates the rich menu (about fifty items, including vegetarian ones), simple and tasty, Mediterranean, with a large section of raw dishes. There’s also a tapas menu to accompany the good wine list instead of dinner. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is top notch 🙂

You can see that they’re trying hard. The food was really good and very special. The waiters are very sweet and kind, however they’re just bunch of kids running around like bees, a place with such high prices (we paid 160€ and we were two) you’d expect a better service. The 3.5€ coperto is unjustifiable in my opinion. Food was good. But the pasta with clams arrived with 3 clams! And that is a crime. I’d say work better on the service, be more generous with the amount of seafood/fish you add to your pasta and serve something more than four slices of bread if you want me to pay 3.5€ for the coperto.

15€ for a glass of wine and 23€pasta baby portions. Plate is cold MEZZO pacchetto and you get MEZZO piatto🤣 (half a portion). Good food at least? Average. Don’t come here even if you are desperate for Italian food.

Super good fish restaurant in Milan, cool atmosphere and good service. Everything was super good, will definitely come back!

Dispite the late bad reviews we decided to have dinner at Polpo ad we found great atmosphere,great people and most of all magic food! Long live the Polpo
