Horrible service, food was uncooked. I asked the server to pour a little more juice because he put so much ice that the juice was gone in two sips. The woman at the cashier asked why I was asking for more juice and both the server and the cashier started to complain about it. The Cashier said it's because I drank the juice too fast and now I wanted to take advantage and drink more. I am not sure if they were taking just because they tought I didn't speak spanish (wich is rude) or they just want to be rude because I came 30 minutes before closing time. I would preferred that they told me "it's too late we are closed" that received such a horrible service. I ordered an empanada that it was uncooked, it seems that they are frozen and still I could tasted that the caraotas were frozen. What a waste of money, I was conscient that I was close to closing time I ordered on the counter and I pay in advance including tips to save them time so they can go to home early. I used to recommend this place to both latinos and non-latino people because the previous owner care for quality and service but they either change owners or the Saturday night shift needs to be trained in cooking and customer service. If you are in Danforth and want good Venezuelan food with good service you have find another place.
