A classic. Great food, right on the beach. Service is very friendly and relatively quick. It is PRICEY (~$40 for most main entrees) but that's to be expected given the location and crowd levels.
We've eaten here probably a couple dozen times to date. The blackened fish is really good (grouper and snapper specifically) and the beans and rice are great, with a healthy dose of latent heat. I appreciate that the (very mid) vegetables they used to force-include with entrees in years past are now subbed for a side of your choice (we went healthy and got fries). Kids meals are inoffensive but nothing extraordinary.
The drinks are always heavy pour it seems, with plenty of rum/tequila in many, but also relatively tasty nonetheless. Wife ordered the Berry Blast and I got PJ's Punch (which definitely packs a punch).
The atmosphere is where it's at; literally open air seating in an old wooden lodge overlooking the waves. It's sublime. You're paying for this — location, location, location.
