Caesar Gourmandise – A luxurious take on the classic Caesar salad, featuring grilled baby prawns, crispy garlic streusel, and pecorino croquettes for extra crunch. Grilled Prawns – Simply prepared yet bursting with smoky charred flavors, perfect as a light snack. Zaccagnini Tralcetto Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Rosé – A refreshing, fruity rosé from Italy, ideal for sipping by the pool. The laid-back atmosphere, attentive service, and refreshing menu make this spot a great place to unwind—whether you’re taking a quick break from sightseeing or spending the day soaking up the sun.
