28 Best Airbnb Los Angeles: The Most Stylish Spots to Stay in 2025 | Vogue

"For a spa-like Topanga escape at the edge of the State Park, this luxurious bungalow brings infrared sauna sessions, a cedar plunge pool, and a yoga deck, all set to canyon views and faint ocean sprays. With 1 bedroom and 1 bath plus pool and hot tub access, it’s a DIY wellness retreat through and through." - Nicole Kliest

I do NOT recommend wasting your time or energy on this brand. They basically don’t process returns, never reply to messages, and provide zero customer support — yet somehow manage to post on social media every 20–30 minutes. I joined their giveaway, followed all the steps, even asked friends to support me. On the day winners were supposed to be announced, they simply edited the caption and removed all information about the giveaway. No explanation, no communication, nothing. For a brand that tries to present itself as “premium,” this behavior feels disrespectful at best. After reading more reviews, it seems I’m not alone. Many people mention poor fabric quality and nonexistent customer service. And honestly, this starts to make sense when you look at their pricing: in my opinion, the real cost of their T-shirts is around $10–15, yet they sell them for $70+. Their jeans likely cost $15–20 to produce, but the retail price is $200+. If a brand with such margins can’t even follow through on a giveaway for two winners, that speaks volumes. I truly hope they “make a lot of money” off this level of greed — because they’re definitely not earning anything through quality, service, or respect for customers. Very disappointing experience. I wanted to support a local Los Angeles brand, and instead ended up feeling completely let down.

Amazing quality clothing. love the crop tees with my favorite being the Los Feliz and the Tony Baby Tees. If you are out of shape or like long t-shirts, these aren't for you. For everyone else, they're worth the money.

Don't buy shirts from them. They charge a lot for very basic shirts that are ridiculously short and then wont give you a refund if you want one. They will suggest someone wearing a large buy xxl. You're better off just buying a more affordable just as good shirt elsewhere. Trust me.

Bought online and got shipped a different shirt, was able to replace and try on some other pieces here! Everyone from the online support and staff were communicative and understanding. The space is nicely laid out and clean, and wonderful AC. Make sure to book an appointment online before coming here.

I’m an international customer and bought a few tees from them. The quality is horrible. They charge ridiculously high prices for such bad quality tees which is crazy. They also don’t accept returns and refunds which is even more insane. You can find better quality tees for reasonable prices elsewhere. Not recommended 👎🏻

I’m 5’11” 210lbs wearing the size large of the Pasadena Dad Jeans. It’s hard finding jeans that fit well and are fashionable due to my athletic physique, but I’m glad I found Pool House.

Horrible store and a company - overpriced in the first place, but also they only issue refund in “store credit”. I didn’t know small companies use “oh we are a small company” as a marketing tactic and also take advantage of individual customers. Deserves to go bankrupt

BE AWARE when buying - I made an order since June 21st and it is now a week and a half later with no shipping updates. Tried emailing and reaching their support team with no response but an automated “we will contact you soon”.
