I do NOT recommend wasting your time or energy on this brand. They basically don’t process returns, never reply to messages, and provide zero customer support — yet somehow manage to post on social media every 20–30 minutes.
I joined their giveaway, followed all the steps, even asked friends to support me. On the day winners were supposed to be announced, they simply edited the caption and removed all information about the giveaway. No explanation, no communication, nothing. For a brand that tries to present itself as “premium,” this behavior feels disrespectful at best.
After reading more reviews, it seems I’m not alone. Many people mention poor fabric quality and nonexistent customer service. And honestly, this starts to make sense when you look at their pricing: in my opinion, the real cost of their T-shirts is around $10–15, yet they sell them for $70+. Their jeans likely cost $15–20 to produce, but the retail price is $200+.
If a brand with such margins can’t even follow through on a giveaway for two winners, that speaks volumes. I truly hope they “make a lot of money” off this level of greed — because they’re definitely not earning anything through quality, service, or respect for customers.
Very disappointing experience. I wanted to support a local Los Angeles brand, and instead ended up feeling completely let down.
