Great coffee, friendly service, amazing banana bread. Not easily found due to the current works going on for the Metro Tunnel, but well worth it.

A must visit cafe in Melbourne🫶They are the most underrated cafe that serves that most underrated matcha! 🍵 perfectly balanced with the milk, creating a smooth, rich flavor that’s not too bitter or too sweet. My partner also loves their Mocha and soy latte.
Even better, the atmosphere is always welcoming, thanks to Roland, the amazing barista! He makes the cutest coffee art that make our day 😊

Their coffee is a top-notch. The cappuccino is so creamy and milk temperature is just perfect. On top of that, they have great customer service as well. Phong (hope I spelled the name right, if not, I'm terribly sorry!) and Hajeong are really friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to come back here next time!!!

Exceptional service, the baristas working there were amazing and always up for a chat and would make you feel like family.
The chai lattes that they made were EXCEPTIONAL, I would always walk off taking a sip and feeling a rich, creamy and spicy bomb of pure flavour, leaving me in a trance of pure joy, a PERFECT pick me up when accompanied by a reuben sandwich or a lovely dark chocolate and raspberry muffin!!

I had to go into RMIT, to deal with enrolment matters. The Poolhouse cafe was recommended, with starry eyes, I kid-you-not, by 2 separate RMIT employees.
Now I know why.
Sadly I work from home otherwise I would be there every day.
Great cafe, perfect barista service, warm friendly cheerful efficient staff, delicious toasties, bright comfortable environs.
Just go there!
