Pop's place

Nice burger restaurant on a nice spot. You can sit outside beside the river and enjoy view (and street life). The burgers are well made, tasty and juicy. We found the bacon burger the best. There are also some other dishes, and also a vegetation burger. Service is friendly but you need to spot thm when you need something as they are continuously busy.

Amazing burgers! We enjoyed our first visit to Pop's so much we came back a second time. Perfectly cooked burgers, fantastic fries and a wide selection of craft beers. Friendly and helpful staff and a fun outdoor patio made Pop's a perfect choice.

Amazing food here. Perfectly cooked burgers, chicken wings and parmesan fries. The meat fell off the bone of the wings, the cheese used in the burger couldn't have been better, and on top of that all the staff were lovely and spoke perfect English. Very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend. We visited on a Saturday in October at 5pm and were seated immediately.

The burger, although appealing at first glance, unfortunately doesn’t live up to its price. For over 20€ per person—90€ for four people—the portions are far too small, leaving the impression that you paid more than what you received. The quality of the ingredients falls short; most notably, the truffle flavor is almost nonexistent, despite being advertised as a key feature. The experience was disappointing, so that we ended up making a detour to Lidl to grab something else to eat out of sheer frustration. Overall, definitely not worth the high cost. The staff is really friendly and nice.

Burger was excellent. Fries crispy. Service was quick and food came out fast! Not sure if you would consider this a downside but immediately after getting served food a dozen little birds showed up. They surrounded the table like they were going to attack. Lucky they didn’t.

Boss burger with truffles.. It's an incredible experience. The quality of the meat and attention to detail is top! The beers are so so.. they need a top Czech beer or non-pasturised Union, or Lasko. The private microbrew isn't impressive at all, phizzy, sour, and contradicts the high quality burger. They should have local beer options.

For sure, this is the best burger place in Ljubljana. Qualty of the burgers and sevice is the same after past years and today 5/5. I hope in the future will be the same. There is also a big beer selection :) if you want to eat top burger in Ljubljana, go to Pop’s place.

The service at Pop's Place was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about the food they serve. They made sure we were well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Pop's Place exceeded our expectations with its exceptional BBQ Spare Ribs and Dirty Mac Burger.
