POP! Hotel Tanjung Karang - Lampung

The hotel has a good location with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated and worn, but cleanliness is good. It’s a suitable choice for one night.

The hotel is run-down. The bathroom situation is particularly strange – a plastic toilet placed awkwardly in the middle of the room. Additionally, the bed linens were dirty. Despite these issues, it was a solid stay for a short visit if you can overlook the flaws.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic. The staff accommodates our requests, and the rooms are quite clean and as described in the hotel description. The only downside is, we have some rooms located near the emergency stairways, and maybe some people were smoking outside, so these rooms often smell like smoking area

We are so happy with the staff. We booked the room via whatsApp. The staff named Prasetyo helped us through the process. But unfortunately we couldn't go to Lampung and Prass also helped us to cancel the room. And he also helped us to get full refund. It was very nice. Thanks

Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put "quiet" sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise. If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.

budget stay, room clean, good location, helpful staff. beside hotel have coffee house & bakery shop. walking around 500m got good seafood restaurant. price reasonable & seafood fresh.

Modern hotel in the centre of lampung with 2 supermarkets outside.Reasonable prices and good service. Combining the toilet and the shower in the same cubicle is inconvenient.
