POP! Hotel Tanjung Karang - Lampung

We are so happy with the staff. We booked the room via whatsApp. The staff named Prasetyo helped us through the process. But unfortunately we couldn't go to Lampung and Prass also helped us to cancel the room. And he also helped us to get full refund. It was very nice. Thanks

The location of the hotel is quite strategic. The staff accommodates our requests, and the rooms are quite clean and as described in the hotel description. The only downside is, we have some rooms located near the emergency stairways, and maybe some people were smoking outside, so these rooms often smell like smoking area

The decor is an eye sore, awful pastel colors and white tiled floors, dirty walls and broken shelves, lights etc. It honestly looks like a mental hospital for children.... I checked out immediately and went to a better hotel. Sorry!

The Most Affordable Hotel at Lampung, The hotel is very comfortable and the most important thing is The Hotel is in the heart of The Lampung city, And also great services From the Hotels especially Their Front Offices " Tia " |Such a comfy Hotel

Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put "quiet" sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise. If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.
