Pope's Creek Park

Great soccer fields in two sizes. Some shade on the smaller field. It is also mostly bring your own seating. Awful parking.... Only enough limited parking for one game at a time. If two games are going on, or the next game is coming in. Be patient it will take a long time for your opportunity to get out.

This is one of my favorite parks in Bowie and I visit it frequently. It has 3 large fields for soccer, baseball, etc. It has a couple picnic tables and a grill area and overall it’s a great place. If your into the RC hobby, it’s a great place to fly RC airplanes because of flat grassy areas and minimal tree coverage. They do have a porta-potty, but it’s not the best. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is because it’s not managed well. It’s closed when it’s supposed open most of the time or they decide to close the park early for whatever reason. So just be mindful when heading out, you may get disappointed.

Great place I have been working out on the fields for years. Popes creak has two football/ soccer fields and a baseball diamond. The fields are usually outlined with chalk and grass is always cut. During the summer the field closes around 8pm.

Pope's Creek Park is a sports park. There are some nice playing fields but no playgrounds or picnic pavilions.

Several separate areas for soccer and tennis, However where are the toilets, Porta potty? Kids may need to go but I saw nowhere for them to go.

Nice soccer fields. Nice baseball/softball field with nearby grill setup. Well maintained and clean.

Nice park but very little parking available for it's feild size. Have to get there early to find parking or park in residential area which may not be to the liking of homeowners.
