Everything here is delicious! The owner of this restaurant is incredibly kind. The service was top-notch! My favourite is the Yukimi Ramen and mini pork bowl set. The Yukimi Ramen has white broth, so you might think it looks mild, light taste, but it's actually a miso-based ramen with a distinct garlic flavour. After your meal, there's also a selection of desserts and drinks to enjoy at your leisure. I tried their homemade wild grape juice. The moment I took a sip, the grape aroma filled my mouth, and its strong sweetness meant this single glass felt almost like a 'dessert drink'. It's a limited-time offering, so I highly recommend giving it a try!

A nice small family restaurant near the station. Tried their vegetable curry, ginger pork set and shoyu ramen. Ramen was alright but the broth lacked depth of flavour. Curry and pork set was great. Good place to get some local food and conveniently located by the station

Good was delicious, very nice place with sun light and calm and nice atmosphere , they have *vegan* curry dish🌱🌱, and when I asked the waiter he said they make me vegetarian ramen (that is really hard to find in this area), the waiter was so nice! Tried to help me and he offered the vegetarian ramen (it was not on the menu), I was so excited- and after I got it I can say it was very delicious!! 🍜🍜🍜 My dad had one of the platers with the chicken and he also enjoyed his food 🌞 At the end he tried their tiramisú and liked it 🍰☕️ I really recommend this place if your in the area for calm lunch or early dinner 🥑🫶🏽🍜😽🍦

Looking for a place to dine, first thing that popped up in Maps was this place. A lot and good reviews. I saw the buta don, and I was sold. I need to have this pork in a bowl, I really like it! I came in just before closing time, but without hesitation I was being served, so I was really happy with that. Service is quick and easy, cause the owners speak English too! I got myself the medium size ¥1280 bowl, which is sufficient for an average person.

The best curry I’ve had in Japan! Fresh vegetables. Tastes homemade, affordable price and excellent service. My husband also enjoyed their ramen.

Good food - we had the Chicken Nanban, the Butadon and the Genghis Khan and all were fantastic. Also dig the indie playlist that was playing when we were having our late lunch.

3 years ago, I fell in love with this place after my first visit. Today, 3 yeras later I came back to this restaurant to specifically rekindle my love for their butadon and especially ramen! Noticed that they have re-invented themselves, more hip and tend to be catred for younger people now. In the past, this restaurant was helmed by an old couple, extemely good and personal service.. Today all this was lost, to me the nostalgic feeling wasnt there anymore. In fact, I was dissapointed. The ramen seems to have an entire makeover, the broth is super thick, not to my liking. The butadon is still ok, which I see it as the saving grace. Tempura was ok. I may not come back anymore, to me this was a lost love...So sorry for that

This family run business in Teshikaga has a very pleasant and cool vibe. And of course, serves delicious food, as the famous butadon (rice donburi covered with grilled pork and a delicious tare sauce) and a very unique ramen. Highly recommended!

Yelp
A lovely little spot with a pork speciality that is probably the tastiest meal I've sampled in Japan to date after visiting Tokyo, Akita, Sapparo, and Hokkaido. It is served with rice and mizu soup. Others in the group opted for the ramen and pork meal and felt it was the best ramen they've had in Japan so far. I sampled the ramen and can vouch for their high praise. Lots of parking, friendly and efficient service too. Be sure to try the orange coffee when you visit. 本当にありがとう!
