Close, close 5. I haven't been here in about 15yrs. Definitely not the same place, but that isn't all bad. For the Cons, my Beer Cheese Soup had red and green bell peppers and I am allergic. No.where were peppers mentions and also found it to be odd. Cocktail also wasn't great, but it was strong so my Buddy gave it a thumbs up. The Service was Fantastic! ! Walked in and Hosted went to clean a table for us straight away. Our Serve was absolutely Fantastic! Offered to fix the soup and remembered I didn't want any sauces. My plate came with plenty of sauces and she immediately apologized. I was impressed she had not only remembered, but she made sure to address it. Had to send pics to friends of the Prime Rib. Not the quaint Beer Dive of old, but not far from Fine Dinning with the help of Christmas Decor. Plans are made to return!

Starvin marvin on my way home to Astoria, stopped here because maps said they have a club sandwich! I'm a fiend for club sandwiches! Servers were nice and quite attentive considering they were pretty slammed on a game night. I sat in a corner where no screens would distract me from my sandwich. Which was a totally reasonable club. It is the type that also has cheese and ham (which I have always called a "Virginia Club," but what the hell do I know?) and was nicely constructed. I like veggies, and there could have been more...the tomatoes were really a bit meh, but what can you do in the middle of winter? I gobbled it up, and the fries were good enough that I polished those off too. Decent choice for a sandwich, but I think I need to come back for the Prime Rib special...that looked bomber!

5 stars all around. I became sort of a regular here in the month that I was in town, and let me tell you, this is a spot. I wouldn't have known about it, but this was one of the first places that Gary took me to. We spent many nights here. I had a lot of fun, and the fries are very good. This was many years ago, but I bet the fries are still good. Pro tip: Ask for your fries "Gary style" they'll know what to do

Stopped in at Porky’s Public House for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a classic, no-frills bar-style restaurant with a lively, upbeat atmosphere. By noon, the place was packed—clearly a local favorite—but the staff kept things moving and never missed a beat. Drinks were constantly refilled, and the service was genuinely friendly throughout. There’s outdoor seating available, though we sat inside where it was loud, energetic, and full of that good bar buzz. Pricing was very reasonable—perfect for a casual midday meal. I went with a salad and a plate of wings, and I have to say—the wings were exceptional. Juicy, well-cooked, and generously sauced, which is rare to find these days. Too often, places skimp on the sauce, but not here. I ordered the medium Buffalo and garlic Parmesan—both absolutely delivered. The Buffalo had just the right amount of heat without overwhelming, and the garlic Parm was rich, savory, and well-balanced. If you’re in the area and want a casual, satisfying meal in a fun setting, Porky’s is a solid choice—especially if you’re a wing fan.

We walked in with not a lot of time, were greeted by the sweetest hostess, shown to our table & the rest is history. Paul was amazing, pleasant & helpful. As tourists on our way to Astoria we knew nothing of the local beers so we needed help. The restaurant was beautifully done, the bar, the patio with Adirondack chairs & fire pit looked so inviting! We would definitely love to come back when we have more time. I was so impressed I wanted to know the history & found out the owners took over in the 90's and have won several awards. Longevity with a small business doesn't come easy & this space, the staff & it's food make it look easy.

First time here, food was good, drinks were good and service was pretty good. Kinda spendy for what it is though. Something like 25$ for nachos, 20$ for a double and 15 for single.

We stopped on in for the reviews on having the best bloody marys. Spot on and agree for they own the title. Can't wait to come back and try something new for they have quite the selection. Ooh the burgers were TAAAASTY and so impressively quick to recieve. Waitress took great care of us and wqs very sweet. All around, wonderful experience for us. We don't get to eat out very much and will absolutely chose this place to treat ourselves. Thank you so much!

My husband and I absolutely adore Julie, one of the many great servers. She always greets us with a kind smile, and gives us a personable experience. She is extremely attentive and takes great care of her tables, she’s funny, she’s down to earth, she’s THAT girl, and I recommend you go to see her at this location! The food is always incredible, prices may be on the higher side, but nonetheless, it is worth the quality and quantity, especially with the hardworking staff employed here. 🧡

I have been here twice now with my boyfriend. This place first caught my attention by having gluten free options and a full parking lot nearly every time I drive by. I am really glad we gave it a try. I ordered the elk burger with a gluten free bun and potato salad. Also, we ordered a side of steak bites that were cooked very well! The burger was cooked very well to my preference. The bun was good for being gluten free! My martini was perfectly made. I've only been here twice, but each time have been impressed. Service was friendly and quick with each visit. We will definitely be back!

Being an old-geezer, I'm not big into trying new things if I don't have to. I made every excuse not to try Porky's. "Have you seen the movie? It's probably a dive." *It wasn't. "They're crowded. It'll take forever to get a table." *It didn't. "Service won't be good since they're busy and it'll take forever to get our food." Service was great and the food .... we got our dinners so quickly, we actually thought they brought us someone else's food! My wife says I'm a raccoon because I drink a lot of water when I'm eating. Well, my water glass was never empty. As for the food, it was really good and the service? Top notch. If you're looking for a great place to socialize and have great service and food, try Porky's; it's nothing like the movie. =)

Amazing experience! Food, service, and atmosphere. We decided to try out Porky's simply because we noticed there were a lot of cars out front and it looked very welcoming. Our food was yummy with huge servings (see pics). Even though it was incredibly busy for a Friday night, we were seated immediately, our server was the best! Very welcoming and seemed to really like her job! Our food came out within 10 minutes! I thought they accidentally delivered someone else's food it came out so fast! Apparently, they have what's called an Expediter. They make sure the kitchen staff and wait staff are working together. IT WORKS WELL!!! I also like the atmosphere. Very open and clean. Great place to watch games on tv too. Oh! And they have outdoor covered seating where you can bring your dogs!!! Oh yes! We will be back.

Still a great place. Never any complaints about Porkys. Highly recommend. One of our favorite places. Staff is always great.

This spot is a quirky and eclectic little bar and restaurant. There is plenty of menu options, the staff was nice, and it appeared to be a popular dining option. The exterior isn't especially inviting, but the interior has a fun vibe with typical bar decor, real flowers in water on the table, a merchandise section, sports and music videos on the tv, and Grateful Dead and Snowboard decor. We were greeted by a friendly man in a Hawaiian shirt of sat us and gave us a run down on the menu and their specials. Our server was very friendly as well. The food and beverage menus have a variety of options to choose from. The food is mostly typical bar/sports bar food, but with more and arguably better sounding options. For some reason the California Avocado Club and the Philly Cheesesteak had stars by them, and we were told these were favorites. Oddly enough, towards the bottom of the menu there was another section that said favorites, and in another section an item said "this is a crowd favorite." So, everything might be a favorite. Also, on the table advertisements Porkys had dozens of "best" accolades that included "best vegan/vegetarian," and "best place to have a kids birthday party," which is a kind of wild since it is a bar. The food was fine. It took an incredibly long time to get our order, and a couple items were incorrect when they arrived. No one was wowed by anything they ordered, but it was fine. Some tips: Don't order Cajun-style tater tots as a side. These were by far the saltiest tater tots I have ever had. Cheers!!

We loved this place!! Visited today and had their hot turkey special and their brisket sandwich. Both were out of this world. The turkey was huge and including great gravy, potatoes and cranberry sauce. It was so good. The brisket was absolutely to die for. It was delicious also. It wasn't just the food that was good. The service was excellent. Food wasn't slow even though the place was packed. We also loved the ambiance. It's a great place to eat and we know we'll be telling others and will also be returning.

This place is a regular for me. Food is always good - Happy Hour Coconut Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos are phenomenal! - wait staff and bartenders are friendly, though a couple are not as attentive as they should be. That being said, last night's service was exceptionally good. Happy Hour menu is very good with bargain prices. Well worth a visit during Happy Hour 3:00 - 6:00.

The sirloin steaks were good 2 years ago... however they always seem to be "Out Of Steaks" by like 6pm every time we've called over the last 2 years every couple months we're nearby on our way home. So we just officially stopped trying and will seek another option even if we have to drive 45min in a different direction. Sad times.

We came in on a Friday evening my wife was feeling like a chef's salad for dinner, was pretty crowded, we got seated very quickly ordered a chef's salad and a patriot chicken for me. We got our food in seven and a half minutes. Good meal, great service.

Great German beers on tap and they are still fresh! Just about everything on the menu is pretty great. fried brussel sprouts are worth coming back for.

Straight up the best thing we've found in town! We love the place. Pulled Pork sandwich is unbelievable!!!! Great staff. A little piece of heaven.

Holy over priced, Batman!!! $10 for some fries????? That's the only thing I've tried because I stopped in here one day for a snack and it'll also be the last with those prices.

The dining area is awesome!!!!! Such a vibe you feel in this place!!! Service was phenomenal, as well as the quality of the food (I had the French dip) Also what appeals to me is the sheer number of beer they have on tap! Will definitely be coming back!!!!

Great place for dinner. We had the Mac & cheese with bbq pulled pork and burger/fries. Also the Brussels sprouts. Everything was very good. Our waitress was super attentive.

After my wife and I picked up an elk burger, we got home to realize that it was extremely well done when we had asked for medium rare. We called to let them know and were met with rudeness from Justin (I believe his name was), who told us that "meat continues to cook if you sit and leave it for three hours while it sits".... Which makes zero sense, as we literally just took the burger 20 minutes home. Tried to tell him that we didn't reheat it or anything, and he continued to talk over us. This iS the third time the burger has been overdone- shame on us for giving them another chance, I suppose. It's simply the first time we were met with such wild rudeness.

Top spot in town. Great selection of craft beer on tap and in cans. Menu has sandwiches, salads and burgers. Prime rib special on Friday was huge for "10oz" piece. Service is good and it has a sports bar vibe.

Our server was delightful and the food was good. Decent prices and an all around good time. I enjoyed the fries too (fish and chips)

We are new to the area and trying out new places. Well we found a favorite already! We have been here a few times now and everyone has been so friendly - especially Kim! We have had their happy hour to which is a great value. This has a good split between bar area and family seating. It's an inviting atmosphere and we highly recommend stopping in to check them out. -Frank and Diane

Great food and atmosphere. Their prime rib bowl was out of this world and their craft beer and drinks are won.

Great food. Great service. Excellent draft beer selection that gets updated as the season changes. Family friendly. Never tried the desserts but they look decadent!

Decent place to grab a fast meal. Friendly servers, signature cocktails and standard bar food fare. Convenient place for locals since it is located close to industry. Large, covered outdoor seating area.

We honestly weren't expecting it to be as good as it was! We had delicious prime rib cooked perfectly. Baked potato was hot and fresh. Salad was fresh. The Brussels sprouts were absolutely perfection and sooooo good! Waitress, Julie was great. It was a little loud in there but that's my only complaint. Very happy and we will be back!

We heard rabe reviews of their Friday prime rib specials so we all 4 of 5 ordered what we thought would be succulent, pink, mouthwatering prime ribs! Much to our dismay grey, overcooked, and dry meat were served with a weak statement "All the prime ribs look like this tonight." There was no offer to replace the meal with something less overcooked. Disappointing.

Do NOT support this establishment! Owners and management treat their staff horribly. Thus there is a huge turnover with staff. I will not give my money to an establishment who mistreats hard working employees! Overpriced bar food!

Honestly aside from the servers good attitude and service. This place was a complete miss. $29 for lunch was a sticker shock. I ordered the brisket sandwich which was extremely underwhelming. The "Brisket" was more like sliced fat. The coleslaw was so bitter and off putting it was probably sour and not ok to serve. Even the arnold palmer I ordered was bland. Honestly my worst dining experience in the last 12 months hands down.

Porky's food is so so but oh wow, their drinks have stepped it up!!! You would think just beers on tap and maybe some wine or ciders but whatever the bartender has shaking back there is definitely delish!!! I especially like their blackberry lemondrop; goes perfect on their new perch with a warm summer evening.

Went here once, on a date. The server was so cringe and the food extremely mediocre except for the price. I heard that they call themselves the peoples choice or voted the best in the city but to be honest it was so bad I never wanted to go back a second time.

Overpriced and mediocre. Our second time here and our last. We tried. Lousy club sandwich, half the size of normal and $18!?!? Chili was ok but far too thick. Disappointing, at best.

Food was excellent, I had their signature porkys slop trough burger. Service was on point.

Went later on a Friday night and place wasn't too full.There seemed to be two wait staff and a hostess. Service was mostly good. Was left sitting with an empty drink for a while. After ordering, we discovered a different side menu on the table that had different items than all the menus given to everyone at the table and my sister wanted to change her order, but server didn't think that would work so couldn't do it. Fast forward to everyone getting their meals delivered to the table and hers didn't come out. It was obviously forgotten so that's when they gave her what she wanted to change her dinner to originally. So her food came out ten or so minutes later. I got the brisket sandwich. Taste was good, but wasn't much meat and had a lot of fatty pieces, so I wouldn't get it again. Not sure I'd go back. Prices are on the high side to spend that kind of money on a sandwich with fries. They had steak specials, but not much of a dinner place to select entrees.

Not sure why you would serve someone a charcoal burnt bun. There is no way the cook didn't see this and easily fixable. Prices too high to not care about what they are serving. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because we had a decent experience the first time.

This spot has a that neighborhood feel, and the food is solid. However, I was concerned about the kitchen conditions, which seemed less than ideal for the hardworking staff. I hope they are fairly compensated for their efforts. The drinks and beer selection are decent, though not particularly standout. The service staff are friendly, but there seems to be a lack of coordination and product knowledge, which likely points to training or management oversight. With a bit more focus on staff training and managerial support this place could get the 5 stars.

Good portions of decent food and staff is efficient. The place is fun to look around inside.

We stopped on our way to a weekend away to Rockaway Beach. Must stop! Great staff. Super friendly and attentive. Food was stellar. We were hungry so no pictures of the food but let me tell you, it was delicious. Hubs got the Friday night prime rib and was HUGE! Came with loaded mashed potatoes which are not to be missed. I got the turkey club wrap which was also perfectly done. Tots were crispy. Loved all the variety or beer but mostly the selection of ciders. I haven't seen this many choices of both draft and canned ciders. There is something for everyone. They also had a full bar if beer/cider is not your thing. When in doubt, just do it.

Food is very good and the selection is great. Oh and the beer choices are superb. If on a budget, it might be a good thing to choose a few things off the appetizer menu.

This place is a surprise. They have a killer tap list and crazy amount of can beers worth grabbing. I think the prices on some of the cans of beer is a touch high, not pro stadium high, but $1.5-$2 higher than I would pay in a normal bottle shop. I am ok with it for sure considering where we were at a the options of beer available. It almost seems out of place to have bar that has a beer nerd in Longview. I will be back for sure. I grabbed the wings. I loved the wings. One of my friends had the steak sandwich I want to say brisket and he said it was one of the best sandwiches he had ever had. The place blew my mind and my expectations. I am coming back for sure.

This was a last minute need to grab food, I was kind of hesitant and dragged into this spot. I was pleasantly surprised, the food was not just your typical bar frozen food heated up. The food is fresh and actually good. I can't get enough of the fried pickles as an appetizer. The service is spot on, staff is so friendly. They are welcoming and engaging. Since that first dragged in visit we have been back at least every other week!

Super nice and updates inside. Good music and vibe. Friendly staff. The food: AMAZING. Between the table we got a Rueben sandwich, a cheeseburger, French dip and fries and onion rings. Everything was top notch. Great selection of beer, ciders and sours. I didn't get a featured mixed drink and it was not that good at all. Overall 10/10. Plan on going there this weekend and it's only been a week! PS it was a little pricier than probably any other place in Longview but I'd say they can get away with it!

We stopped by porky's for a quick drink and found exceptional service from the host and the bar tender Jared. We ordered our drinks and Jared was able to whip them up in a small amount of time and they were spot on perfect. Jared had amazing customer service and bartender skills. The environment was welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed our short stop at Porky's.

This place is a Diamond in the rough! In the industrial sector- this was an unexpected delight! Get the sweet potato fries- trust me. Not to be missed. The fish and chips were great, but the Flucker Clucker is a 10! It was almost as good as our server Chris who recommended our meals! Cheers!

Love this place. There hamburger was very good.The side order of mushrooms was very good. They have great beer selection. Told the server that I liked and he suggested one that was very good. The server was on the spot and are order came in a resalable amount of time.

This is the best place you can go to eat the people here are amazing they Accommodate to you and what you want. Their seasonal dessert was to die for would recommend again me and my fiance just got engaged here today. We will definitely be driving the 1 to 2 hours just to come back we love it. It is family friendly.

Small pub environment, typical atmosphere with good music videos make a really good vibe. The hostess and waiter were very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable of the drinks and foods on the menu. My wife had the prime rib dinner which was pretty good! I had the classic burger with a veggie patty which was also pretty good. The real amazing part was the sriracha ranch with green beans! Also the Hawaiian hog was pretty darn good! Over all a really good visit! Thanks guys for the great food!
