I would warn everyone and anyone to NEVER EVER STAY HERE. They’re the most un-compassionate, greediest and lowest people/business EVER. Couldn’t care less about there customers, service or anything else. Except take peoples money. I booked to stay there for 4 nights with my cousin. As we were attending a 3 day event In Adelaide. We booked the accommodation. And the following day our grandma passed away. And for obvious reasons we’re not flying to Adelaide for the 3 day event. Which we’re losing money for the cost of the event, and our flights. You would think any business would refund your money considering the circumstances. BUT NO! THIS GREEDY BUSINESS WOULD NOT REFUND US EVEN THOUGH WE HAD JUST BOOKED NOT EVEN 12 hours ago and then our grandma died. Honestly it’s disgusting how they run their business. I’m all for fairness and if we had booked the accommodation weeks or months ago I’d understand. But to have booked/paid in full 12 hours or less and then for the passing of our grandma and refused to refund us is disgusting. NEVER EVER BOOK OR STAY HERE EVER…

This place is a complete dump. It’s actually funny how terrible it is. To start. Online it says included breakfast. Nope. Staff on site? Nope. Receptionist is through zoom. The kitchen is a dump with nowhere near enough stuff to actually cook (pans etc.) parking is NOT INCLUDED like it says online. The bathrooms are all shared. No music is aloud and no alcohol is allowed to be consumed on premise. This place is NOT a backpackers hostel. Its hardly a step up from a crack house. Also if you try to check out after realizing how terrible it is they WONT REFUND YOU for any extra time you’ve booked. Down right misleading and borderline criminal enterprise.

Don’t stay hear id rather sleep in the streets. As a 22 year old traveler on a budget I foolishly looked at accommodation which was cheap and failed to read the reviews before booking which was a grave mistake. They have a serious mouse problem and patrons which are clearly drug addicts and homeless people this isn’t a backpackers Hostle but is infact a homeless shelter not to mention being male I feel uncomfortable and unsafe god forbid your a solo female traveler.

Basic, and they need to have just NORMAL TV! The room was quite small, and only a small window, but everything else was fine! Smaller kitchen than big eating area, but we didn't use it. Close to the beach, and bus routes, and library and supermarket.

Very small and smelly in the bed room. Luckily the roommate are quite nice and friendly. Otherwise, cannot stay long. For just one or two nights are fine. Noise too.

The location - and the other guests - are the only redeeming qualities of this place. It was very unclean (one guest used the term "grim" and they were not wrong), the room had no aircon (in Australia?!) and the cleaners are the only staff on the premises (if you can find them). You even check in via video call, like it's 2020 and Zoom is the only way you could talk to anyone. Also, when I made the booking it said that breakfast was included. It was not. Find somewhere else to stay. Like with a relative you can't stand, or a cardboard box.

This place is more crackhead den and homeless shelter than backpackers. There are no young travellers here. If you’re a young girl just give it a miss, I don’t feel safe as a 24 yo lad. The only thing going for it is there is a nice cafe right across the road and it is very cheap.

I have to say all the roommates are nice and most staffs here are friendly too. BUT the receptionist is too too terrible, I asked If I could transfer to a bed on the bottom, she said I had to wait for the guy in that bed to check out, and I asked again the next day because I found two beds on the bottom were available, BUT she said no unless I would pay extra 10 dollars. Yeah, you know, they prefer to let these beds vacant other than give better services and experiences to their customers. Never see this sort of hostel, good for them! I will never pay extra 10 dollars for a stupid management!
