"This contemporary, harborside luxury boutique hotel is known for its plunging view of the moored megayachts and a terrific view of the Monaco Grand Prix. Compared with the Old World architecture of neighbors, the look is pure minimalism and streamlined Italian design. The rooms, dreamt up by Hermès designer Leïla Menchari, are almost identical—a blend of yellow and red Carrera marble, chrome-edged furnishings, leather-lined walls, silk fabrics, and shiny gold satin curtains. Expect limited space, though the lovely suites have large bay windows. Guests are served breakfast in the corner of the lobby since there is no restaurant. A far cry from the personalized service and varied resort attractions of other nearby establishments, this hotel’s appeal is strictly for those seeking a sophisticated urban vibe and relative proximity to the Rock and the Prince’s Palace."

An unforgettable stay – excellent location, service, and comfort. First of all, the location of the hotel is incredible. It sits just across from a luxury marina, with only a small street in between, offering a breathtaking view. Parking was seamless—valet service was excellent. The staff downstairs were always ready to bring the car whenever we needed it, and no one ever made us feel expected to tip. The standard parking fee is €50, but your car is safe and always ready. Everyone from the valet to the front desk was extremely polite. They even upgraded our room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. Even though it was on the first floor, the suite was more beautiful than our home—absolutely stunning. We could see the yachts so closely from our window it felt like we could reach out and touch them. Cleanliness and kindness deserve another mention—it was spotless, and every staff member was incredibly courteous. Make sure to try the hotel’s restaurant (I’ll leave a separate review for that) and don’t miss the private access from the 6th floor that leads straight to the famous casino path—such a fun little detail

I stayed here for the Monaco Historic Grand Prix 18 months ago it was fantastic. I loved it. The rooms are huge and spacious and I had a direct view onto the race track. In fact the view onto the racetrack was phenomenal Hôtel staff are very friendly and it’s right in the Harbour I recommend it because the people that run the hotel are lovely. The hotel is clean. The rooms are huge And it’s an elegantHotel.

After a lot of searches, I finally decided to pick this Monaco Hotel and it definitely did not disappoint!||It's a boutique hotel right in front of the marina Port Hercules. The rest of the important places to visit here is close to this area hence this hotel has the perfect location. The view, amenities and the staffs are all awesome.||For the view, the character and the team of this hotel, plus the bonus affordable price, it's a winner choice -- try and go then you'll understand.

I feel compelled to share my experience at Port Monaco during my stay last summer while searching for hotels in Mónaco. I had a truly disappointing encounter with the night shift staff that left a bad impression. Despite having prepaid for our stay, the night shift employee humiliated me and refused to provide my room key simply because I was traveling with my three year old. He insisted that I book an extra room for my child, despite the fact that we were traveling as a family and there were spacious king beds available. It’s absurd to think I would need to pay for an additional room when we had already made arrangements. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against staying here.

The good: * centrally located hotel * hotel staff: very helpful in all aspects -- especially Tim at the front-desk was great. He helped us organize all kind of events and gave us great tips for our stay in Monaco. Thanks a lot, Tim! The ok: * Hotel rooms -- in parts it shows that the hotel is at least 30+ years old . Parts have been renovated (e.g. the bathrooms) other parts still have the look and feel of the 90s. * The noise: The central location of the hotel comes with the price of street noise ... the insulation of the hotel room is good, but not perfect. Expected, but sth one should be aware of. * Price: Reasonable for Monaco and a hotel like this. The should-be-improved: * Breakfast: Very pricy, even for Monaco standards (45 Euro) but the quality is rather poor: Our bread was still frozen, no egg-station, but "meshed" instead of scrambled eggs, two choices of cold cuts, unfriendly and not really helpful staff. Breakfast definitely does not meet the standard of this otherwise fine house (we went there only once for breakfast, all the other 3 mornings we had breakfast elsewhere ..) Summary: Overall recommended place. It does not get 5 stars from me b/c of the not-up-to-standard breakfast.

Fantastic Hotel!!!! Perfect location (If a pre or post cruise stay then you can take the water taxi across the marina for €2) Very large room (has hairdryer, bath and shower) Great marina view & F1 track from room Friendly & helpful staff both at reception and restaurant Amazing breakfast - avocado, smoked salmon, pastries, cakes, cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, toast, bacon, sausage…. etc etc (Complimentary Belgium Chocolate Eggs for Easter which were lovely) Cannot fault this hotel at all F1 track to the front and from behind (take lift to 6th floor next to great looking restaurant) and exit onto street Continuing up the hill the Casino is just around the corner

Our Stay at Port Palace, Monte Carlo We had the pleasure of staying at Port Palace in Monte Carlo for the third time, and this visit was undoubtedly the best so far. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The front desk staff were exceptional—friendly, smiley, kind, and incredibly attentive, ensuring a smooth and fast check-in process. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking views of the port, visible both from our room and the rooftop. We were delighted to be upgraded from the 1st to the 3rd floor, which offered an even more impressive vantage point. The spacious and soundproof rooms provided the perfect retreat, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment. The rooftop restaurant was another standout feature. The food was delightful, and the lively ambiance, complete with live music, created a memorable dining experience. Breakfast, while limited in variety, was tasty and enjoyable. However, we believe there is room for improvement in a few areas. The breakfast buffet would benefit from a greater variety of options to cater to different preferences. Additionally, the quality of the dental set and slippers amenities could be enhanced to better match the overall high standards of the hotel. Overall, Port Palace continues to impress us with its exceptional service, stunning views, and comfortable accommodations. We look forward to returning and seeing how it evolves to make an already wonderful experience even better.

We booked a non refundable fare for the weekend of Valentines directly on their website. While already seated on the plane, the flight got cancelled. We immediately called the hotel to ask them if it was possible to postpone the booking to a later date so we wouldn’t lose the money. We hadn’t left the airport yet when they went the extra mile and completely refunded us the booking even though they didn’t have to. This is exceptional good customer support and care for the clients.
