Could not recommend this place enough. We showed up right at closing and so we were going to take our food to go, but the owners were so welcoming and said “please sit and enjoy” so we did. It’s a beautiful place and the food is so good we are going back today for their delicious chicken bowl. Food is so fresh and reasonably priced with generous portions. Pura Vida!

Everything we had was fresh and flavorful! The prices were super affordable, especially for how much food you get and in comparison to similar breakfast spots in the area. The staff was very friendly. The vegan gallo pinto plate came with coffee. It was a nice compliment to the dish. The french toast with fruit was so so good and fun to share. We wanted to try the bagels; they were out this time, but the breads they used were so tasty and well-made. I would come here every morning for breakfast or brunch if I could! Highly recommend.

Port Vell was such a cute brunch spot to stop at all our food was made fresh and delicious. They don’t accept card so have cash on hand! Walking distance from beach to go after eating amazing views.

This place is an absolute must. 15/10! I highly recommend checking out this restaurant. I ordered the French toast with eggs as well as a smoothie. The waiter was absolutely amazing. He was sooooo acknowledgeable and provided different recommendations. He was also very patience with me as I attempted to order in Spanish. He provided corrections and was super encouraging. The food arrived very quickly and everything was absolutely phenomenal! I would definitely return.

We were in Costa Rica for a week and this was the best food we got! We ordered both vegan and not vegan options, both were very good and very well served. The staff were very nice and flexible, and the restaurant was one of the few that included all taxes in the price 🙏🏽.

A delightful place for breakfast. I had the bagel and fruit. The fruits were ripe and fresh. The bagel was delicious. I highly recommend.

Amazing restaurant. The food is so good ! It reminds me of the love my grandmother put into her food. I have 3 more days to have breakfast there and won’t miss any!!!!
