We stayed 3 nights in this B&B, I will start with a positive comment first: Good location. Now I need a book to write the negative things we found about this place so I try to make it short. - No reception. You need to rang them with your phone at your own expense anytime you got a problem. In fact we had to call them maybe 3 times for issues. - Weak hot water. The shower temperature become weak after 2 min so you end up taking cold shower. -Air-con. Work but very slowly. - Chek in. We had to wait several minutes to check in and get keys as there’s no host at all. -Communication. Rude manners and unprofessional approach by the staff working there. -Breakfast. Cold scrambled eggs, bread from the day before, person at the bar can’t speak English or Italian. Bottom line, avoid this place.

1. The hotel wall shows shuttle service and fee for room guest ,so I have asked the staff to make a reservation for a taxi next day, and he said Ok ,Ok ,no problem. But when the next day came, I found that this staff didn't make any reservation, and the staff tell me that I can go out to search a taxi. So I am fooled. 2. All hotel check our time is 11:00 AM, and the male staff also told me before,so I went out to buy something and came to my room at 10:00 AM, I saw the female Indian staff knock my room door and asked my wife to take all baggages out immediately and to check out . How ridiculous! I have traveled many countries,this service is very very special. I talked to this staff the check time is all 11:00, not 10:00,she finally agreed and with no any regret. 3, I am rational to make communication with this female staff, but when I don't realize her Indian English, then she always got angry. If guest can not understand the staffs' speakng , is this a crime? Worst feeling ever.

La posizione è particolarmente strategica la metropolitana linea 1 è a un centinaio di metri. La stanza ebi luoghi comuni sono piuttosto curati e molto puliti, ottima l'accoglienza e la reperibilità dei proprietari. Nel complesso ha soddisfatto le aspettative.

Situato in piazza Dante piazza molto viva in cui c'è rumore fino a tardi. Un posto molto carino nella mia stanza lo scarico della doccia faceva odore. Camera della colazione molto gentile come tutto il personale

Hotel sem recepção 24h. Chegamos bem tarde no aeroporto e entramos em contato com o hotel para alguém fazer o nosso chekin, chegando lá estava um rapaz cheio de pressa e mal nos recebeu porque tinha que ir embora. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto. Bom café da manhã e quartos bons também. Boa localização!

Posizione strategica. Accogliente. Bell'ambiente in Palazzo d'epoca. Camere spaziose. Bagni moderni. Servizio in camera e colazione molto curato.

La pensione è bella pulita ed organizzata. Centralissima. In zona movida. Non proprio silenziosissima. Ho prenotato all'ultimo momento senza problemi

right on piazza dante. when you open your room windows you feel like you are in the piazza. really close to all of the sights and restaurants on via dei tribunali. 100 euros per night, and that included an in-room breakfast of your choosing. Wifi was spotty if that matters to you. i would stay here again.
