Portals Hills Boutique Hotel Mallorca

A wonderful place where you instantly want to stay longer! The service is top-notch – everyone paid attention to every detail and made sure each guest felt comfortable. The menu was even adjusted for a vegetarian guest, and the special dish prepared for her was absolutely delicious. The waiters were attentive, bringing drinks even when someone stepped away from the bar for a moment. Huge applause to Kasia – the organizer, who had everything perfectly under control and created a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, would definitely come back here! Amazing service, good room, very fine breakfast, nice pool, and perfect location. The suite was perfect with a great size and frequent housekeeping. Only minor thing was the music by the pool that was on all day and evening, and we could hear it in the suite. Also the gym is really small but has a few good equipments.

Second visit in 3 months. Never stayed at the same hotel previously, always book different ones to sample the different environments. But this hotel just has something that we have not experienced before. Spotlessly clean, rooms are properly cleaned daily and staff are wonderful. |The pool area is not large, but never feels crowded. Food is good, perfect location for a relaxing break. A third visit is already in our thoughts.

My girlfriend and I stay at this place the most times we visit mallorca. |The Hotel is one of our absolute favorites from all over the world. We travel a lot but it is like "coming home" if we arrive at the Portals Hills. Everyone is so professional and very friendly. We love the good service, the fanstastic breakfast and the stunning pool with a great view over the city down to the sea. The Rooms are very nice and have a lot of space. Even the bath is absolute great with a big shower and a double sink. In this great place everything is thought of, even the little things.

Didn’t stay here but ate at Collin’s restaurant the food and service was fantastic. We chose croquettes to start and to follow the chicken and pork with a side of your choice. Then finished off with a tiramisu. The views from our table was great also

The hotel is lovely with beautiful Seaview. All of the staff of are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good for beaches, local restaurants/nightlife, or exploring the island by car.
