Portals Hills Boutique Hotel Mallorca

Visited the island of Mallorca for over 35 years and found this wonderful hotel on our last visit to celebrate my husbands birthday in May. The room was perfect, clean and spacious with a cosy bed. A lovely pool on the terrace with enough space for all the guests. Fabulous breakfast choice with wonderful cooked options. |The Team at Portals Hill Boutique were lovely, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived with a 'can do' attitude. A perfect Hotel for a quiet relaxing break but close enough to walk to restaurants and a great beach. |We will be booking again very soon. Cannot wait.

Upon our arrival till the end of our stay Portal Hills was amazing. The staff (Fransisco, Sonya, Tony, and Michelle) were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is absolutely everything you would want while staying in Mallorca. Our suite was INCREDIBLE!! The meals were delicious and fresh. The welcome drink was a nice touch. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Europe through the years and the US and honestly PHBH is definitely in the TOP 3. Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday and our stay so magical.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the hills above Puerto Portals within easy walking distance of the port and its lovely restaurants. The hotel exudes style and is small enough to be exclusive but has all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and quality ingredients. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We would certainly return when looking for a short break in the sun.

We have just visited for a friend’s wedding in the hotel. We had the most amazing weekend. The staff were fantastic and went over and above on a few occasions. The hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views not to mention spotless too! A fantastic weekend and we will hope to visit again soon!

After visiting each year for the last 4 years we still can find no fault. A lovely boutique hotel run by lovely staff with comfortable rooms and great facilities. We haven’t used the restaurant at night but very good choice at breakfast and the pool bar is great for lunch. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Back again next year.

We have visited the area many times but this is the first time we have stayed at this fabulous hotel. The ambience, staff, food, amenities and bedrooms ensure that this fabulous hotel receives high praise. Really enjoyed this boutique hotel. Is a short taxi ride to Puerto Portals & there are also local restaurants within walking distance. Spotlessly clean, very polite staff & good service. Pool area is on the small side.

Fabulous ! Every member of staff was a pleasure and could not be more helpful. The rooms are all spotlessly clean, the setting is gorgeous and we carried on drinking the delicious welcome drink with equally delicious lunches by the pool. Will be back !
