I really really LOVE this beautiful store and the ladies that work there always do a fabulous job. The main problems I and others that shop with me are they hardly ever have good sales or specials. When they do, they don’t advertise it very well. If I were to have a sale, I would advertise it the whole week. I live 2 hours away so to advertise the sale that very day is not a good strategy . Also, because of the far drive and paying full price for many pieces (I just went to a sale, and was informed that a certain piece they had would never go on sale) are very discouraging. They don’t honor military discounts, do birthday specials or have coupons. I overheard several ladies in the store whispering how they were going to look online. I know they price match here but the vendors rarely have sales and if they do you the customers have to look everyday for them. I don’t mind paying for quality, but to buy everything at full price...I left four stars because this store really is breathtaking, and the people are truly lovely, but I wish they would be a little more competitive in pricing.

You can't review this store without commenting on how beautiful it is! Architectural Digest just confirmed what we already knew, it IS the most beautiful store! The staff is friendly and accommodating! Visit for luxury, sure-to-impress gifts!

Terrible customer service people in this store. Lady with blonde hair very rude. Followed us around the store. Never been treated so poorly ever. We were staying at the Inn at the Village at the Biltmore. I assure you we are not thieves and she was so offensive that at one point was less than 2 ft from us at all times. I will never purchase anything else from this store. Basically felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. “Huge Mistake” our daughter is getting married and I would have purchased anything she wanted in this store. Good job blonde lady with bad attitude. And your little cohort. I will be back to the Biltmore next year and will make sure we do not come to your store! We will keep on walking!

Where to begin? If you are looking for the Best of the Best in beautiful linens and Guest Service this is the place! It is not just a shopping visit its an EXPERIENCE..Debra, Breanne and the wonderful Team at Porter and Prince are superb and you will feel as if you have made new lovely friends with each visit..5 stars just isn't enough!

The women provide delightful, non-pressure service and care. Products are luxurious…a real pleasure to shop here…wish they could stay forever!

The hours are RIDICULOUS! Closes at 5pm. People dont even get off of work until 5:30 or 6. Wont be able to do ANY shopping here unless I request time off from work! ABSURD.

The staff here is so happy to help guide you towards great gift ideas, and they're proud of their offerings. Once you find something, you can even have them wrap it in their elegant gift packaging. As of writing this on February 7th 2019, I'm shocked and saddened to see that I'm the only local to have reviewed Porter & Prince. This place is a treasure and should be celebrated as one of the most wonderful businesses in Asheville. Do not delay, or limit yourself to visiting Porter & Prince if you're in the Biltmore Village area. You should be making the time to get here and see the magic for yourself!

A heavenly delight ! I was looking for local bath items and found this lovely treasure! Sold me on the cupcake fizz bath bombs!! They are so beautiful to look at. Also purchased some hand lotion, the smell is so light and makes you feel so beautiful! The brand is lollia up by the counter. I will be shopping online too as they ship to Texas!

Super cute boutique with lots of great items. I am in love with all of their bedding, from pillow cases to blankets...I need everything! They also have a great selection of nightgowns and other personal items. I got some amazing kale lotion, lovely smelling candle that was similar to that of Anthropologie, and a face towel scrubber cloth. They also had some cute jewelry as well. Love this little shop, stop by you'll regret it if you don't!

An adorable (but pricey) boutique - filled with wondrous treasures like lotions, soaps, towels, blankets, robes, candles, and more! They even had wraps/shawls, handbags and other unique accessories in the back. Staff was amazingly friendly but not pushy. Lots of posh finds for all the women in your life.

Be prepared to have your breath taken away! This beautiful linen shop is filled to the brim with exquisite treasures..The wonderful P&P Team is exceptional and its always a great treat to visit..LOVE LOVE LOVE!
