Excellent store— exceptional service and of course, amazing handmade products. The young man who spoke English was beyond patient with me and my mom, helping us select two bags for quite some time that we will use forever. He was extremely knowledgeable and could even tell us what kind of laptop could fit in each bag. Wish I could remember his name (starts with a J?), he made our experience very memorable!

I was referred to Porter from a great friend named Pao & he told me that this was an excellent quality bag. Made in Japan was also a great selling point for me. This was my first purchase of a Porter and I used it on the flight back to LA. A solidly made waist pack. The quality, stitching and overall style was excellent and I ended up buying another Porter at a different location. I’d definitely come back to see what other items they have in the future.
