PORTER Omotesando Store

A very nice store with comprehensive selection. Everything here are great with some exclusive to the store. Got a gift for myself. And applaud to the Staff with excellent customer service and able to speak simple English. I will definitely come here again for more!

Porter fans and anyone interested in handmade, comfortable bags made in Japan with long-lasting performance should visit this store, Porter’s largest in Japan. They offer the most extensive stock and limited-edition items. If you’re in Japan, make sure to check it out. They’re located in the heart of Omotesando shopping district. Ask for Q; she’s been with Porter for eight years and is always super friendly and knowledgeable.

A neat little store to visit. High quality Japanese made bags. They have a range of sling bags, crossbody bags, backpacks and wallets, plus some small accessories.

I came here twice, there is a waiting line. sometimes quite long, sometimes short queue. there is limitation of customer to enter the store to control the crowd. the store is open exactly at 12PM. I heard that Porter bags will last for years through tough usage. I also see it from the fabric they used. they also have some collaboration with other brand such as Converse. in the first floor mostly filled with casual used and second floor is kore exclusive. you can also get tax free here, dont forget to bring your passport here if you want to get one! :)

Very cool and giant store with lovely leather pieces - masculine and utilitarian leaning but still very chic and stylish.

I recently visited this PORTER store & I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great service. One of the best things about this shop is their selection - they had a good inventory of bags and wallets, and their selection was better than the other PORTER brand shops around Tokyo. Another great feature of this shop is that it is a tax-free shop, which makes their already fairly priced products even more affordable for tourists. This added benefit is a real standout and one that I appreciated. One of the staff members observed me earnestly and came over to help introduce a bag I was looking at. Without me asking or looking over at all, he immediately came over to help me try it on & adjust the straps, which was a great experience :) Most of the staff seemed to have a great attitude and greeted all the customers both on the first floor and when we headed up to the second floor. On my second visit, I returned to buy a sling bag, largely due to the fantastic service I received the first time. Both days, different male staff members on the second floor served me, and both were equally as earnest, helpful, and patient. I loved the service and the products, and I would definitely come back here again and recommend to everyone! 👍

Porter bags are utilitarian EDC bags that will last for years through tough usage. Large selection of standard and exclusive collections between the two floors, with the first floor filled with mostly casual and Tanker style items, and the top floor with business oriented items. Absolutely loved the shopping experience with the friendly staff who took the time to explain and recommend items based on my preference. I’ll be coming back here every trip to Tokyo for a souvenir that will last for many years.
