PORTER Omotesando Store

The Porter Store in Omotesando is the flagship store in Tokyo, it is the biggest store you can find for this brand and in its two floors it has pretty much everything you can find in other stores in the country (except maybe for some Porter exchange or Kura Chiki exclusives) The experience here felt somewhat less good than other Porter stores I’ve been to, I’m pretty sure the person I spoke to didn’t quite understand when I talked, I already knew what I was looking for so it didn’t really matter but for those who don’t speak Japanese I recommend checking out the Porter store in Ueno or the one in Parco Shibuya. Nevertheless they did their best and found my requested item fast and promptly proceeded to do the payment and the taxfree procedure. It still was a good experience, I wouldn’t go all the way to Omotesando just to visit this store, but if you’re in the area checking the decorations and the exclusive items might be worth a visit.

A very nice store with comprehensive selection. Everything here are great with some exclusive to the store. Got a gift for myself. And applaud to the Staff with excellent customer service and able to speak simple English. I will definitely come here again for more!

Bought a second sling bag from this brand and very happy with it. Value for money very high quality made in Japan brand that I would recommend as a buy for life.

We spent an hour deciding between bags and the staff went back and forth to the stock room more than they should. Not once did we feel rushed or unwelcomed. I came here twice, there is a waiting line. sometimes quite long, sometimes short queue. there is limitation of customer to enter the store to control the crowd. the store is open exactly at 12PM. I heard that Porter bags will last for years through tough usage. I also see it from the fabric they used. they also have some collaboration with other brand such as Converse. in the first floor mostly filled with casual used and second floor is kore exclusive. you can also get tax free here, dont forget to bring your passport here if you want to get one! :)

Porter fans and anyone interested in handmade, comfortable bags made in Japan with long-lasting performance should visit this store, Porter’s largest in Japan. They offer the most extensive stock and limited-edition items. If you’re in Japan, make sure to check it out. They’re located in the heart of Omotesando shopping district. Ask for Q; she’s been with Porter for eight years and is always super friendly and knowledgeable.

My favourite store in Tokyo. So well appointed, staff are incredibly knowledgeable, product range is first class. The whole experience is high end. I never miss a visit when in Tokyo. ❤️
