PORTER STAND Shinjuku

I was looking for something different for my YouTube blog and I was searching made I noJapan products so I went for bag bt it’s super super expensive. Products are good bt need to make best back for back pack. As for this price for this blue bag is over and over. Need to review cost.

located on level B1 on the outside of LUMINE EST (there is Lumine 1 and 2 and EST in Shinjuku Station) they also carry previous season items in the side rack, and the latest collection also. tax refund is available but you need to go to inside Lumine EST

Store was hard to find, but it is underground. Selection was few but they had limited items only this location had. Had a great purchase and friendly staff.

Good location near the train station and service level was very high. Staff were friendly and took the initiative to inquire if there was anything in particular I was looking out for. (Which I was) They also highlighted they had store exclusive items, and readily brought out several items for me to take a look at. Very approachable staff and would highly recommend a visit here.

Small store in the basement but stores a good variety of designs. They do carry collaboration series as well. Visited several porter stores before but this one win hands down in terms of selection and service. The staff who helped me with my purchase gave detailed introduction to each series that I browsed without asking and was so sincere that there’s no reason to not get myself their products. Recommend anyone who’s in Tokyo to visit this store for your Porter needs!

Came here after a rude interaction at the Kura chika store in Ikebukuro. Staff here were VERY helpful and friendly even if they didn’t have exactly what I wanted.

Nice shop with neat layout. The sales guy was very friendly and allowed me to pick my bag from his stock. Due to his good service I bought 2 bags! Tax refund was smooth as well. Only take note of the location which is the latest updated one as of Nov'22. The shop is at the bottom of the map next to Tully's coffee and besides the row of lockers. Fairly decent collection considering it's not a large store, I won't necessarily call it a stand, it's still a store. We went there on our last day of stay and was in a bit of a rush, got what we wanted after some deliberation. The staff was friendly and polite, and her instructions were clear on how and where to obtain the tax free cashback, which is about 2-3 mins walk away. The store is not difficult to find, it's in Basement level 1 at the Shinjuku JR Station, part of the underground shopping arcade / link.
