I had a really disappointing experience here. I bought a pair of black Blundstone winter boots for about $270 and discovered a large hole in the back of the left boot. When I brought them back on Sunday, December 14th, the employee I spoke with reacted coldly and didn’t apologize or offer a straightforward exchange or refund. Instead, she told me to keep the boots until a new shipment arrived and asked for my phone number, promising to call when they came in.
I ended up returning on Wednesday, December 17th to request a refund. The employee who helped me that day was just as cold, though he processed the refund. Another staff member mentioned the shipment was expected on Friday, December 19th.
Overall, the staff felt impatient, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. The lack of customer service gave me no reason to shop here again, and I can see why the store doesn’t get much foot traffic.
