I bought a gorgeous Portland Gear bag at PDX on my way home from vacation. I noticed the colorful display at the airport upon arrival and knew I wanted to stop by on my way home. I worked with both Dakota and Nick and not only did they greet me immediately upon walking up to the kiosk, they were both friendly and incredibly knowledgeable of the product. You could tell how much they loved the product based on the time they spent with me and their excitement around showing me all of the features. I'm so excited for my next trip and to use my new backpack!

Great product!! Arriving at the airport, my tote I brought with me, the zipper broke after security. I came across this store heading to my departing flight, service was great and friendly and the rep talked me through the options available. I have bought 3 Cascade backpacks. At first I bought one for me then I got my wife and daughter one! They are perfect for the plane as they fit under the seat very well and the way the top opens works well. Also 2 sweatshirts that are warm and cozy and very well made. Awesome customer service. I will purchase more from this company for sure!

I had time at the airport and began browsing the Portland Gear kiosk. Over the course of my 15 minutes of shopping, I chatted with Anna, Molly and Dakota. Honestly, all three of them were like a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable about the products, and proactive to get me a shoe size that was 'just right' even though it required two trips to a remote storage area for other sizes. You have wonderful employees representing your brand, and I can say I bought more directly because of how awesome they are. They deserve highest praise and recognition. The gifts were a huge hit, too. Thanks!

Dakota was awesome! I’ve never had such a seamless and fun experience shopping at the portland airport. He let me try everything on, gave great advice around colors and quality of different bags, and even went back to grab some extra shoe sizes and ended up getting a pair of shoes which I didn’t even know the store sold. He gave honest opinions and definitely knew his products, return policy, etc. the fact that they also ship straight to your place is huge since typically don’t have enough space to bring on the plane. While visiting, their shoe display caught my eye and boy am I glad I stopped in! The mule has rapidly become my favorite shoe to wear day in and out. I will definitely be buying more! Shoutout to the very helpful staff member who recommended I go with the color dune and showed that he was wearing them to work (sorry I don't recall your name, but thank you).

I had been thinking about buying one for almost 6 months prior to our trip. Get to PDX....and the store is open! I LOVE THIS BAG! Highly recommend! Ordered the small back pack and so excited to use it! Don't hesitate- awesome company!
