Save your money and buy from another brand. Purchased the rain and roses puffy print hoodie, and it didn't make it a month. All of the print has cracked, and I have worn the hoodie maybe ten times, and washed it inside out one time on cold and gentle. Let air dry just like all of my other puffy print hoodies which I have had for years and this is the only hoodie that the print has cracked on. Threads coming out of the sleeves, overall very poor quality. When I messaged them to see if they would just swap the hoodie out for another, they told me repeatedly that they don't accept any returns on washed or worn clothing. For a brand to not stand behind their products like that, is a one and done buy for me. I have had much smaller companies offer more for much less. 100 dollar hoodie and they offered me 15% back. Keep it, I will take my money to other reliable brands that care about their customer base.

Zoe was so incredibly helpful and engaging. She and her team at PDX really go out of their way to deliver outstanding service! She remembers your face and greets you with a smile and enthusiasm. I had the best experience at Portland Gear this morning! I was looking for a backpack on my way back home to Florida and found the perfect one — a large blue pack that I absolutely love. Patrick and Dakota were fantastic in helping me narrow down the choices and made the whole experience fun and easy. Great product, great people, and outstanding service. I visited the Portland Gear flagship store today to purchase a Cascade backpack. This is the 4th one I've purchased, all for family members. The store was light and bright, well merchandised, not cluttered. I was greeted and helped right away by Xavier who could not have been more professional, pleasant and helpful. Overall an awesome retail experience one does NOT get when shopping on line. Shop and support local!

I was greeted by store staff immediately upon entering! My daughter had just received a compact Cascade backpack as a Christmas gift from a friend, and I was impressed. I chose the standard size for an upcoming trip. The store employee informed me of the amazing warranty before I left.

I have been watching Portland Gear for awhile and finally decided to buy a backpack online. I ordered it on 2/8 and received a shipment update that it was out for delivery on the 12th. It has never shown up and although I asked for an updated shipment tracker I was told to just wait another week. More than frustrated that I cannot call and speak to someone as email is the only contact option. Beware if you are planning on spending the money for this product because customer service is difficult at best. Debating on disputing the charge at this point as fraud. Bummed!

Portland Gear Cascade - Standard. Needs a waist strap. During a recent 3-week trip to Germany, I would have been much more comfortable if a waist band were included to help carry the load. Neck muscles were sore without being able to transfer some of the load to the hips. Otherwise, appreciated the capacity and waterproofing (snowed). Didn’t have much use for the hidden zipper pockets.
