Porto Fira Suites

Myself and my wife booked this hotel based on the previous reviews and boy were they right!|The room was amazing, we booked the Porto Fira suite with a hot tub which was hot and ready for the whole time we were there. The staff were all amazing! We had a slight hiccup the first night and the bed was wet, at just before 11 it was perfectly fine, the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful.|The breakfast was great, served every morning on our terrace. We ordered room service a few times and the food was great and the cocktails were amazing as my wife told me!|When i asked for a late check out, because our flight left at 2300 we were told it was not a problem and we could keep the room for the day until we needed to leave. The hospitality of the staff is second to none. |We will return to Santorini and when we do we will definitely stay here again.|I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Angie - sorry if I misspelled your name - really went above and beyond to take care of us. We made the mistake of not booking a room that fit our needs (as it was our honeymoon I wanted something special) she made sure we got an upgrade even if it were for our last night and that meant a lot to me. By the way for those coming for a special occasion definitely book the upgraded room with the jacuzzi beforehand - all other rooms are quite tiny. The staff and waiters were also amazing - I found Chris and Mike I believe were their name to be particularly great at the bar.

A wonderful experience. The view from our room was amazing. Staff was very nice, and attentive. We were a family of four, with two young adult boys. My two concerns prior to arriving - the stairs, and the size/layout of the suite.| > The senior suite worked out great for us.| > The stairs were manageable, and not really an issue. The hotel staff gets the luggage to/from transfer point to your room.|Arriving later, we ate at the hotel bar/restaurant the first night - very good.|Breakfast was delivered each morning to your balcony at your set time. Food was great, and plenty for us with two young adult boys. |After visiting Oia (which we enjoyed), I'm glad I decided to stay in Fira. The view from our hotel and the many restaurants was great; and Oia seemed to be too crowded.

So many good things to say about this place! They treat every guest here like a celebrity, from luggage being carried, a welcome drink, included 5-star breakfast and the most thorough customer service you will ever encounter - this place has it all. My husband and I were truly able to relax during our stay and would definitely come back!

Exceeded all expectations. The staff were so wonderful and so welcoming. The room and view are heavenly. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfasts ordered the night before and served to our veranda. The bar meals were also very delicious. The infinity pool reaches out from a hallowed white cave and was the setting for amazing photos. I could not recommend a better place to escape to and feel loved.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Mike, Chris, and Angie the best hotel staff I have had, they gave the best hospitality and service and were so incredibly kind and welcoming. They truly made our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself has absolutely breathtaking views, the rooms were spectacular, food and service was top notch. I would stay here a million times again if I could, could not recommend more!!

Ideally located in Fira, amazing service, lovely room, breakfast is served on the private balcony, so that you can enjoy it peacefully with the perfect view. We did not have a chance to stop by the bar but its terrace has a breathtaking view as well. 100% recommended.
