Porto Fira Suites

We stayed at Porto Fira suites for a week and had a great time. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the team on reception were also very helpful with anything we needed. Room was lovely and clean with fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was great and served at the room everyday. There was lots of choice too available. Pool was lovely with a view over the Caldera. Location was really close to the main restaurant area but far enough away to be nice and peaceful and escape the crowds. Would definetly recommend the hotel.

Our trip to Europe included Rome, Naples, Positano, & Athens, but Santorini and Porto Fira Suites specifically were the highlights of our trip. So much so that after lunch one day, we just returned to the room to enjoy the pool and the view. The service provided from before check-in until the time we checked out was unparalleled. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning was superb. The room was perfect in everyway, from the view to the amenities and staff. There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful the whole experience was. I will definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Santorini.

In my experience, this is a 5 star hotel (even though officially rated as 4 star, although I can see that increasing in the future). The reason for this is due to the hospitality of every staff member who will help to ensure that everything is perfect for the stay. The privacy and layout of the Deluxe Suite is incredibly good for such a location, which can otherwise be difficult to find in Fira and I really enjoyed the terrace area and private (and well heated) jetted tub, which is very big for this category. The bathroom in this suite is the cave style, very large and has great water pressure. The toilet has a bidet function attached. The location of the property lower down on the cliffs ensures an impeccable sweeping view of the Caldera, the picturesque cliffside views and of course the very famous sunset. The photos provided by the property on their website are completely accurate but also do not do it justice for the real thing once you arrive. You will not be dissatisfied. And the breakfast, served each morning on the private terrace was plentiful and fantastic. Thanks so much for a very memorable stay in Santorini.

We stayed at Porto Fira for 4 nights. What can I say - the hotel was AMAZING. From the uninterrupted views to the friendly staff we had a awesome time. The rooms were WOW. We could not get over the views, it was spectacular especially at night. It was a perfect spot to stay and so close to the main st of Fira. Although there were plenty of steps to get to the main drag but that is normal everywhere in Fira. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious, equipped with large bed, couch, bathtub, and a balcony with amazing view. Hotel staff offers excellent service, recommendation to restaurant, walking trail, and luggage service. The location is a short climb to Fira Town, great accessibility.

You have to love this hotel! We have the porter to help us with our luggages, small narrow walkway all the way to our hotel. But the room and amenities are just perfect! (It’s Korres), feel so good especially when you have the view and scrumptious breakfast from your own balcony. The hotel staff will even brief you on what’s available on the island, gave you a map and recommend you some restaurants, lovely! I want to come back again! <3

It was the most beautiful venue and I would highly recommend Porto Fira Suites if you are looking for that something special, or just a wonderful place to stay. Keep in mind there are quite a few steps to get to the venue (but an amazing porter that carried our bags up and down) but then quite a few steps down to the pool area but worth every step! Also kept us fit with the amazing cocktails we consumed. The hotel looked after us so well and made our stay so special. The view from all the rooms is amazing but if you can get room 16, with the spa on the balcony, you are in for a slice of heaven! Sitting in the spa, or just on your lounge chair, watching the sunset is like nothing else. every picture is instagram worthy. I must commend the staff as they were all so welcoming, friendly and can't do enough for you. From the bar staff, to housekeeping and to reception, they were so helpful and lovely, a true asset to the place. Can't thank them enough and woudl highly recommend to anyone!

Wow! Just amazing. The hotel is fantastic, rooms are great. The views are exceptional! Instead of going to Oia to see the sunset we watched it from our rooms balcony with a bottle of wine and nibbles. Truly wonderful. The steps are a killer but so worth it. The staff are amazing. We looked forward to our nightly routine of drinks at the bar with Billy and Chris. Nightly chats with Tina to go over next days plans and morning chats with Angela on the day ahead. |Didn't get the breakfast delivery teams names or the magnificent gentleman who carried our cases up and down the steps but just wonderful.|We are already planning our return trip!
