Porto Music Guest House

My kids and I had an amazing mini vacation in Porto, and our accommodation at Porto Music Guest House was definitely a highlight. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and gave us some great recommendations. The building itself is beautiful, and is only a 10-minute busride from the city center. Thank you Antonio and Rodrigo, we will be back for sure!

Host were very responsive to request and extremely friendly. They were very knowledgeable and happy to help with ideas of where to visit. Breakfast was great with lots of choice with varied fresh products. Location is good, about 25 mins walk from old town but nice walk in. Our room was very big, it was clean and the shower was excellent. All in all, great stay & would highly recommend.

A beautiful guest house, excellent service, Antonio and Susana went above and beyond to help us, prior to our cycling holiday, even lending one of our group a cycling helmet! The guest house is beautifully decorated, clean and rooms very comfortable, excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

This B&B was chosen for our stay in Porto due to the great reviews and the price point it came out at. ||Check-In, We were warmly greeted by our host for our short stay in Porto. We had an explanation about orientation of the city and our room with a glass of port in hand.||Room, We we allocated Room 1 on the first floor. This beautiful high ceiling floor comes with all the amenities for a stay. The room was found in nipping clean condition with also a small balcony overlooking the modern ‘Casa Da Musica’. The bathroom is small but nonetheless very functional with a walk-in shower.||Breakfast, Breakfast was a buffet style affair with enough choices to start the day. The lady who serves breakfast, kindly made us some breakfast early on our last morning due to our early train back to Lisbon. ||Staff, A very personable B&B who’s staff made us very welcome. ||Overall, An excellent great value stay in Porto. It is easy to reach which several bus stops nearby with ‘Casa Da Musica’ tram station a 5-10 minute walk away. The location is a little outside of town, but within easy reach by public transport. There are modernisation works happening nearby with regards public transport so when these are finished, access will be even easier. A lovely stay….

Our stay at this hotel in Porto was fantastic. The hosts were great, offering excellent service and going out of their way to meet our needs. They were thoughtful and accommodating, making our visit easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The rooms, garden, and interior design are beautiful. I have nothing bad to say. Wish we could have stayed here longer. |They are very accommodating and anticipated things we need without asking for it. They are very kind and treated us like a friend visiting their place. I would highly recommend. It feels similar to home.

I loved my stay at this guest house. The room is extremely comfortable, with everything you need and a lovely bathroom. The hosts are warm and friendly and offer access to a wonderful lounge, a welcome glass of port and the option to eat breakfast in a charming outside courtyard.||It is situated directly opposite Casa da Musica and only 5 mins from the Metro so one can be in the absolute centre of Porto in under 15 minutes by public transport. ||I would recommend staying here without hesitation. It is a wonderful find and I hope I get a chance to stay here again
