I liked a lot the location (very central), the mattress quality and the restroom facilities (properly renovated). The staff is also quite nice. I didn't like the fact that the cleanliness of the kitchenette (I stayed in one of the studios) was not the best and definitely hated the lack of noise isolation of the walls towards the outside street. This point should definitely be improved, as it strongly worsens sleep quality.

I stayed here for 5 nights with a friend in a private room with bunk beds and a wee balcony with table and 2 chairs. We both loved it. Striking clean, quiet, safe, spacious with excellent service from the full team. They helped us get some good food and sangria in the neighborhood on the first night when we arrived starving and tired. They also called us a taxi when we left at 5am on the morning. Very discrete personal as well as friendly, helpful and hardworking. Definitely coming back here. Would recommend this as a safe place for women. The breakfast was a real bonus as were the clean bedding and towels we were given, including a new set of cen towels on day 3.

Excellent location! 10 minute walk from the center. Comfortable beds. Lovely lounge, spacious bathrooms, and cute kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay in the hostel. Receptionists are always very helpful during the morning and night shift. Andrè during the night shift, always makes sure that everyone keeps it down in order to not disturb guests who are sleeping, which I highly appreciate. He also helped me get a taxi to the airport. Would stay there again. - if you have luggage, make sure to request a room on the ground floor. - They also let you keep your luggage in the storage room after checkout.

We stayed for one night in a studio flat 400 meters from the main building. |New forniture, clean and quite big. |The reception is 24h and very friendly. |They also have a luggage room we’re u can store your stuff and go visit the city. |One little suggestion:|In the flat there’s a little step in front of the toilet. It’s not easy to see, just put a red strip on the floor to make it visible!!|Thanks!

Lovely studio room. Very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. If you're not great with stairs, make sure you request for a room on the lower floors as its quite a trek up the stairs. We stayed on the top floor as we got there late. It's a very good place to stay as its just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Porto but in a quiet area.

Great for a hostel. Beautiful building, free breakfast, and friendly staff. A lot of noise at night from other guests though, so bring some earplugs. They have private double rooms, ours was rather small but had everything you need.

The best hostel I have ever stayed in. For the price of it, it felt so luxurious. I have stayed in much more expensive ones and they haven't been half as good. Firstly the staff were incredible, especially one guy on reception that checked us in when we arrived (I wish I knew his name). Before arriving at the hostel we didn't have much of a plan of what we were going to do for the 3 days we were there as information online seemed to be quite limited. The receptionist changed this and basically gave us a detailed itinerary for the days we were there, listing things to do, the best coffee, views and restaurants to visit also. ||||Breakfast was served every morning from 7-10 which was included in the price of the room. This was very useful as it gave us one less thing to thing about and we could go out and explore the city straight away without having food. It was delicious too with a continental style, with fruit, ham, cheese, bread and cake.||||The only thing I would say would be that if you are in a rush and need to leave at peak time on a morning make sure to shower at night as there was sometimes a wait to use these services. Also bring a mirror as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms which made getting ready more difficult. It would be helpful if there was a mirror in the hostel rooms. Locks for luggage in hostel rooms were provided which was amazing as we had both forgotten a padlock!! ||||A great stay and would recommend to anyone!

I stayed in one of the suites for 3 nights, facing the garden / back of the building. The building itself is a stunning, beautifully restored villa, only a short walk away from the lively city center. The room was very clean, had a nice balcony and lots of space, but the bathroom was rather small. Breakfast was alright but not as great as I expected. Compared to other hostels I've visited there was also less of a communal feeling among travelers, and everyone kept to themselves at breakfast (although this isn't really the hostel's fault). The garden is a really great idea though, with plenty of nice seating. ||Most of the staff were friendly, but I'm not sure I'd choose this place again just because of the value for money. Again, my experience is limited to what I've seen from the suites.
