PortoBay Flores

We had had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—it's within short walking distance of the city center and main attractions, yet the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Being so close to the metro made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and even offered great local tips for nearby restaurants. My room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet; it had a great variety of fresh options.

Sleek hotel with beautiful rooms and accommodations. We loved the hotel bar and the buffet breakfast. Great location for walkable access to the major attractions in town. I would love to give them 5 stars but they did not acknowledge our wedding anniversary at all even though we booked the hotel months in advance and told them about our anniversary. They did not offer us an upgrade either. I was a bit surprised by the lack of acknowledgment. The restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and engaging. It was a wonderful experience and we would recommend you seek out Fabiana and Isabella. They provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel for location and an incredibly professional hotel experience. We also loved the fact that the TV had numerous English options although the internet connection was extremely glitchy and lost reception.

Excellent hotel! We participated in the wine tasting! A huge shoutout to LUCAS, who made our visit truly special. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the selection, but he went above and beyond by treating us to some complimentary wine. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality these days. The atmosphere was perfect, but the service from Lucas is what will bring us back! Thanks again Lucas

Stayed here in December with my wife and a review is long overdue. PortoBay Flores in winter is sweetly priced, the rare place that makes you feel like you struck a bargain in hotels these days. Rooms are chic, service strong, the hotel itself quaint and oh so pretty, and the location is to die for - I expected Porto to be pretty some, but I did not expect a place so picture-perfect it immediately felt like we had landed in possibly the prettiest town its size on the planet. The hotel complements the setting, which is really all it needs to do. Do yourself the favor and visit in off-season, and go for a walk at 6am to experience Porto at its most magical, then settle down in the stylish breakfast restaurant with some nata and a cup of tea - and try to find something that's not to love about the experience. Also: Easily in the top 3 European hotels I've stayed at.
