Portofino

The service is exceptional. The “Luciana” pasta (Sea food pasta) and pizza are delicious. The lentil soup is delicious. The servers are very friendly and attentive. I 100% recommend this restaurant, it’s very good!!!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Portofino. From dining on the patio to our delicious dinner, I felt like I was in Italy. I enjoyed the Buretta pizza while my husband had the carbonera pasta. You can definitely tell they were homemade from scratch! I wish we had a longer stay because I definitely would have gone back a second time before we departed. Highly recommend!

Travelling on your own and eating can be daunting - table for one please!!!😬 The staff were amazing, nice place to sit and watch time go by, fantastic food and service 😋 Nice independent Italian restaurant 🍝🤗

Everyone’s so nice, the food is SO GOOD, if you want quality Italian good on the island go here !! (I got the gnocchi)

Disappointing Experience at Portofino Restaurant Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) We were looking forward to our dinner at Portofino Restaurant in Bermuda, having heard much about its reputation. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of our expectations. The service was the first letdown of the evening. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, we found ourselves waiting an inordinate amount of time for our orders to be taken. Once ordered, our meals arrived at staggered times, leading to an awkward dining experience where half of our party had finished eating before the others had even started. Regarding the food, while some dishes were satisfactory, others were underwhelming. The pasta, which one would expect to be a standout at an Italian establishment, was overcooked and lacked the authentic flavor we were anticipating. Additionally, the seafood dish that came highly recommended was not as fresh as we had hoped, detracting from what should have been a highlight of our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was one of the few positives, with a charming interior that promised a more upscale dining experience than was ultimately delivered. However, the overall noise level was higher than expected, making conversation difficult and detracting from the relaxing atmosphere we sought. While we understand that every restaurant can have an off night, the combination of slow service, inconsistent food quality, and the less-than-ideal noise level led to a disappointing dining experience. We had high hopes for Portofino Restaurant based on its reputation, but unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations on this occasion.

Went there for a job party, on such short notice for a group of 15 the service was amazing, if they had more notice it would've been even better. The waiter was very personable and polite. The food was excellent, it tasted as delicious as it looks. Very rare for that to happen. Could use some work on their virgin mojitos.

I went with my wife for dinner. Very nice atmosphere. Good service. We started with Focaccia and Fish chowder soup. The soup was really good. For the main course we got Branzino baked sea bass which was really good. And we also got the Luciana linguini pasta which was ok. It was very creamy and so heavy. We could not finish it. Drinks were good. We had good time there. Recommend it.

The food was amazing! We were on vacation in Bermuda for a week and visited twice because the food was so wonderful! Very friendly and responsive staff. We had Luciana, Fettuccine Portofino, Pizza Simone, Pizza Tricolori and one of the weekly pasta specials. Their limoncello spritz was great as well. Can’t say enough good things. A definite must visit restaurant for when you are in Bermuda!!
