Tremendous variety of foods! Homemade Ravioli & Simone Pizza were prepared beautifully & tasted great! Outstanding service from Sergio who truly went above and beyond all expectations!! Definitely coming back soon and try different dishes .

The service is exceptional. The “Luciana” pasta (Sea food pasta) and pizza are delicious. The lentil soup is delicious. The servers are very friendly and attentive. I 100% recommend this restaurant, it’s very good!!!

My party of five came for dinner at This Italian styled restaurant while in Hamilton. Even though the host was accommodating because we didnt have reservations, he was noticeable irritated. The restaurant wasn't full with Patrons so we were seated quickly. Upon being seated we were asked our drink orders. A few minutes went by before receiving them. In most Italian style restaurants you are given bread while you select your meal, it was neither offered or suggested . Food took a while to receive, however it was very good!! The longest process of all was when it was time to pay ruffly 30mins wow! The bill once received included the gratuities so maybe that is why they were not to concerned about service i dont know. It's ashamed even though service was poor the food was good maybe an off night?. If in the area you can try them out.🤔

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Portofino. From dining on the patio to our delicious dinner, I felt like I was in Italy. I enjoyed the Buretta pizza while my husband had the carbonera pasta. You can definitely tell they were homemade from scratch! I wish we had a longer stay because I definitely would have gone back a second time before we departed. Highly recommend!

Dined here while visiting Bermuda in Mid – Late October. Nice Italian restaurant which was a 10-minute walk from the Hamilton Princess. There were 4 dining areas. Alfresco on the sidewalk or under a patio. Inside there are 2 dining rooms with lots of pictures giving it an Italian atmosphere. We started off with Aperol Spritz, Red Wine and Avocado with Gamberetti. For our entrees we ordered the Tagliatelle Ragu and Fettuccine Portofino. All the food was great and just the right size portion. Unfortunately, we didn’t have room for dessert, maybe next time! Service was performed as a team effort. We had made a reservation, but the restaurant was not too busy on Tuesday evening. They also offered pizza if your not looking for an entrée.

An absolute faultless experience. Ordered a takeaway pizza via their website. On collection all staff were polite and welcoming. Pizza was on point, very good value for the area. The right proportion of cheese to tomato base. I would return if staying locally.

Disappointing Experience at Portofino Restaurant Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) We were looking forward to our dinner at Portofino Restaurant in Bermuda, having heard much about its reputation. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of our expectations. The service was the first letdown of the evening. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, we found ourselves waiting an inordinate amount of time for our orders to be taken. Once ordered, our meals arrived at staggered times, leading to an awkward dining experience where half of our party had finished eating before the others had even started. Regarding the food, while some dishes were satisfactory, others were underwhelming. The pasta, which one would expect to be a standout at an Italian establishment, was overcooked and lacked the authentic flavor we were anticipating. Additionally, the seafood dish that came highly recommended was not as fresh as we had hoped, detracting from what should have been a highlight of our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was one of the few positives, with a charming interior that promised a more upscale dining experience than was ultimately delivered. However, the overall noise level was higher than expected, making conversation difficult and detracting from the relaxing atmosphere we sought. While we understand that every restaurant can have an off night, the combination of slow service, inconsistent food quality, and the less-than-ideal noise level led to a disappointing dining experience. We had high hopes for Portofino Restaurant based on its reputation, but unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations on this occasion.

Went there for a job party, on such short notice for a group of 15 the service was amazing, if they had more notice it would've been even better. The waiter was very personable and polite. The food was excellent, it tasted as delicious as it looks. Very rare for that to happen. Could use some work on their virgin mojitos.
