Portom International Hokkaido

Initially had a wonderful one night stay that turned into two nights as there was a change in itinerary. The hotel is private and quiet. Perfect for relaxing with the aesthetician on site and the baths accessible directly in the hotel. While no free weights, the gym equipment is new and well maintained and enough to do most muscle groups. The room themselves are very clean and luxurious. Breakfast had a nice spread. Would stay again if need to stay near chitose airport for a night or 2.

had a flight cancelled in the evening, so glad that i had booked this hotel . only a few mins walk to this hotel directly after getting back the luggage, even with the suitcase cart to the room door!!! had buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, good! and the lift of the hotel took me directly to departure hall! The room amenities are adequate, i had my home going flight cancelled and had no clean sleeping clothes with me. Lucky that they hv comfy onsen outfit that i could wear overnight.:) recommended

Hotel are elegant and japanese style design. Room are clean and big, beds are comfy, toilet are clean, TV got lots of local channels.Check-in out are quick, we ask for extra pillows, they delivered it fast and also ask for re-heat the food from lawson by microware, they are happy to help.The toilet are quite advance, it is automatic toilet lid. Hotel also provide bathing salt for bathing ^_^, Two thumbs up!!!We take the midnite flight to CTS domestic airport, Hotel are located at international terminal. I am quite surprised that the walkway between domestic and international terminals will be shutdown after midnite. Luckily, I told the airport security we go to hotel, they open the gate and let us thorough.Overall, the hotel are great and everything beyond the standard. Definitely, one of my choice when I back to sapporo.

This was our third stay at this airport hotel, and it was by far the best experience we’ve had compared to our stays in HND and NRT. The room was spacious, the indoor connection to the airport was convenient, and the service from both Japanese and international staff was truly top notch.

A great stay to end the Hokkaido trip. Glad to overnight in this hotel before catching our flight in the morning. The hotel is very trendy, high class and overall really great. The choice of colors, materials and products are good. The lobby is so big and looks like a gallery at its own. We were greeted with welcome drink (not sure what green drink but it was nice) and guided to room by a nice lady staff. The room was so spacious, clean and comes with IPTV and iPad to control the aircond, lighting in the room as well as entertainment for you to read magazine and news. The bed was so comfortable and I had good sleep easily.

Wonderful hotel perfectly located, updated, and full service! We love our stay at Portom International Hokkaido. After arriving in Sapporo late after 10pm, the only thing we wanted to do was rest. Many businesses have closed but portom allows guests to use their facilities around the clock. Greatly appreciated to revive ourselves with their amazingly clean and brand new onsen. It was beautiful and so well kept, and provides so many amenities guests don’t need to even think of taking anything from their room. A first for us! Highly recommend taking the offer of the breakfast add on. The food is prepared perfectly proportioned for tasting which is important for flying so long, having an appetite is a bit hard. All their food is considerate of that, as I got to enjoy food easy on the stomach for me. While my husband and daughter loved the hearty comfort meals. Food was delicious and well worth the premium price. Service dining, checking in, checking out, and questions throughout our stay has been phenomenal. I highly recommend staying at Portom and will come back in the future.

The best quality hotel. They served me the welcome drink when I checked in, the porter guided me to the room. The beautiful, spacy room offered me relax times of my stay, all the facilities are best qualities. The appliances in the room were cool and modern designed ones but not useful and difficult to handle.

Stayed there for 3 nights last year spring. A clean and stylish hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered us a little birthday gift (which was some tasty cookies). They also offered reward points to spend in their shop or dine in their restaurants if you choose not to have the daily room cleaning service, which I think was clever and thoughtful to the guests. Will definitely stay there again if chances arise.
