Portonovi Resort

Nice atmosphere, good high standards place. The services although do not match the quality for the prices payed. Surrounding area is much beautiful. Everything very clean and organized but few connected with the nature surroundings. Beach is tiny and it is a Marina. Not really a place well integrated with the magistic beauty surrounding it what is a shame :(

Everything was beautiful, not only because the place was absolutely clean, warm, beautiful and they have everything you need, also because the service was under the details and with a lot of patience.✨ We did a barbecue under the rain and without being asking, they brought an umbrella for the guys under the rain. Also, my friend, she didn’t bring clothes for the cold weather and they give her one trousers. Super recommended ❤️

We stayed for three days at Marina Portonovi and had a wonderful experience. Our apartment was spacious, beautifully equipped, and offered an excellent view of the marina. The rooms were large and very comfortable, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Our bedroom also featured a walk-in closet with robes and slippers, which added an extra level of comfort. The bathroom was generously sized and included a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.||||Breakfast was of outstanding quality, with a wide variety of fresh, natural products. The orange juice, in particular, was absolutely delicious. The resort offers everything you need for a perfect stay without having to leave the property: a great selection of restaurants, a hair salon, an ice cream shop, a gym, and even a public beach. There’s really no need to go anywhere else to enjoy the full resort experience.||||The staff were all very kind and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also convenient parking available if you’re traveling with your own car. As a thoughtful touch, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine in our apartment, which we truly appreciated.

Portonovi is a lovely development and our appartment is fabulous both in terms of facilities and location. What lets it down is the lack of facilities and the poor quality of the reception and management staff. ||Our check in was abysmal because we arrived earlier than the stated check in time to be fair but my partner was unwell after a 9 hour journey. Despite requests to get an earlier access to our apartment because of this, there was no accommodation made. We had to wait in the 30 degree heat for three hours. ||The Portonovi Resort is advertised as having an affiliation with the neighbouring One and Only hotel but this is pretty much a fantasy. We tried to make use of the advertised facilities but were made to feel unwelcome and not worthy of being on the property although we’ve stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world previously. ||Portonovi is a great concept that could be a hugely successful destination in the region but the infrastructure is being badly let down by the poorly trained staff and the lack of vision to further develop the resort in line with others such as the Sani Resort in Halkadiki in Greece. ||We are currently looking into leaving Portonovi for alternative venues in Europe which says a lot for the substandard visitor experience here. Very disappointing indeed…

Great place at a great location. Rooms are luxurious as are the amenities. Walkable and plenty of great restaurants and stores all within a short walk range

Quiet and peaceful aparthotel on the coast. Our room was overlooking the marina. Well appointed with washer and dryer, kitchen etc. I would suggest adding milk and a small bottle of oil and vinegar to the other amenities especially on holiday weekends when you cannot buy anything. Salt and pepper available as are Nespresso capsules and tea, a few laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Also, it is hot as hades in our room and I cannot seem to change the thermostat. The staff will make reservations for you at restaurants and help you get your beach chairs. We caught a special at 3 nights for 2 which made this option competitive. Safe and nice garage. You do need to call sometime to get you in and out bc of these stancheons they use. The complex includes a one and only hotel, restaurants, marina, private small beaches etc. the beach is very tiny for those who love beaches but it is crystal clear and well organized. Your room comes with a set of beach chairs reserved for you at all times. Water is still chilly at this time of year but I dog paddled around quite happily. The adjacent restaurant serves drinks and food to you. Approx 15 euro for drinks and 20 average for a main. Cute ice cream store not too far from the beach, etc. you can call a buggy to get you around as needed. The tour at checkin was so informative and the staff are very polite and speak excellent English. A number of restaurants in walking distance though so far we have not been impressed with the quality. Morning balcony tea is amazing. Seabirds calling all around and very peaceful. At night it was a bit more active with families from the surrounding area enjoying the beautiful grounds.

We didn't stay there, but the location and territory is very good and nice.

The best place with a business view: yachts, restaurants, buildings, squares. Beaches are within walking distance.
